Skindoc made my Roaccutane treatment super simple and straightforward. They were very responsive, professional and organised. I'll join the club by saying - I wish I'd done it sooner!

Discovered Skin doc when doing my own research about spironolactone for hormonal acne. I’d already tried antibiotics and topic products from my GP and wasn’t willing to wait years for a referral to an NHS dermatologist to find something that actually works.

The cost is also super affordable compared to some of the other places I’d come across. Some of the dermatologists in my area want £200 just for a consultation. My spironolactone consultation was £65 and it cost me under £20 for my prescription and delivery.

The entire process was so straight forward. I submitted the questionnaire on Sunday evening and had my medication delivered by Wednesday. My only regret is wishing I’d found Skin doc sooner.

Dr Sreedhar Krishna wrote me a detailed clinical letter including information about isotretinoin incase spironolactone doesn’t work for me and provided me information leaflets for both.

Even the admin team reply super quickly and are really helpful to answer any questions you have.

I’ll be sure to recommend Skin doc to my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I came to Skindoc already knowing I wanted to try Roaccutane again. It had worked for me 10 years ago, and when my acne returned (though mildly) I felt it was the right option. I was really listened to and given a dose that felt right for me. The whole process has been easy and completely stress free. Dr. Sreedhar has been fantastic to work with and always quick to respond to any questions. I couldn’t recommend this service more!

An excellent service: prompt, helpful and convenient

I’m seeing Skindoc for acne due to the long NHS waiting list. The whole process has been easy, stress-free, and expertly communicated. My doctor (Dr Ewa Kloczko) is very friendly and conscientious, she answers my questions thoroughly and the consultation feels very client-centred. The Virtual Clinic Manager and Lead Administrator, Penny McIlvride, is extremely helpful and prompt with communications. I have no regrets with using Skindoc.

Absolutely awful website. Tried desperately to use it to book an appointment for our 6 month old baby and it just doesn't work. When we tried to book the consultation after entering in all the details it kept on sending us round in loops. We persisted as SkinDoc are one of a few companies that offer video consultations but they need to seriously review their back end website processes as it's plagued with bugs. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This was the best decision ever!

The service is perfect, fast and without having to leave my house. It only took two days to know what's happening to my skin and they have different delivery options for prescriptions. Price is reasonable for how great the service is!

I have used Skindoc twice and the service has been so efficient. Wish I’d known about this option years ago as a struggled to get help from my GP for my skin concerns. The dermatologist gave me good advice and options to consider. The treatment I went for (spironolactone) is already showing good results.

I cannot recommend Skindoc enough in particular Dr. Sreedhar Krishna and team. Dr Sree provided his clinical expertise but always listened to how I felt and was guided by me for my care plan each month. I always felt in good hands and reassured at each appointment. My skin is 100% clear now after suffering with acne my whole adult life. It has truly been life changing and the best money I’ve ever spent. Also a huge shout out for Penny, any query or email sent had a super quick response and nothing was too much hassle, Penny has been a massive part of the excellent service received. 5* experience all round!!
