I have facials regularly at Skinmaze with Emily - Guinot and others - and am always happy with results. Emily is very experienced at doing facials and massage and all treatments I have had with her have been excellent. She is very personable, cares for all of her clients, and very professional. The quality of all the treatments I have had with Emily have been consistently of excellent quality - not just during the treatment; the results as well. She also gives great advice on how to maintain your skin on a daily basis. Furthermore, Skinmaze as an beauticians is great to visit. Emily as a professional and Skinmaze as a beauticians come highly recommended!

Not as advertisedAge Logic duo
You advertised duo of Age Logic eye cream and age logic face cream.. i had this order before satisfactorily. This time the pot with red top was substituted for a ordinary white top pot. The cream was unrecognisable. My face began to burn and eyes and lips. What is going on? Is this a fake pitwith a Guinot label.
Fake products
Ordered two Skinceuticals products from Skinmaze. Both of the bottles were filled with water (ie not the product I ordered). I’ve been using these products for years so I know what I should be getting. It all looked legit with the right packaging and security on the products.
Skinmaze did eventually offer me a refund having asked me to send the products back (which I paid postage for and they didn’t refund). Weeks after I sent the products back I had to chase them about the refund.
I would not order expensive products from them again.

I discovered SkinMaze a little while ago and continue to be delighted with the product range, pricing and swift delivery as well as prompt responses to queries and problems. Throughly recommend
Professional?? I don't think so!
I recently purchased Skinceuticals C E Ferulic serum from this professional clinic and because I had used this product before, I knew what to expect. When I received the 2 so called luxury samples, they were so advanced in their oxidation that I did not dare apply them to my skin. The full size serum had a peachy brown colour and clearly was not as fresh as it should be. When I used the serum, it left a soapy film on my skin and it started to itch. When I looked more closely at the bottle, I questioned its authenticity.
SkinCeuticals is manufactured in the USA. The bottle I received was manufactured in France. The label did not say that the serum was patent pending and that this French company was distributing the serum on behalf of SkinCeuticals. Even the batch code and its location were different to where SkinCeuticals say it should be located. Also, the serum was not filled to the neck of the bottle and when shaken, it formed suds and remained frothy for a long time.
Given what I had paid, I had no choice but to request a return. I emailed this company 3x via their on-line form and to date have yet to receive a response. The matter was referred to the official SkinCeuticals retailer and dealt with swiftly. Need I say more!
Any professional who does not respond to customer concerns regarding the products it is selling is a red flag.
The batch code is there for a reason so in future, I will use that information to establish how old the serum I am spending £100+ actually is. If the contents are 6 months old or more, then I know the serum I have received has already started to oxidise. Given the price for 30ml, this is just unacceptable. As long as the product seal has not been broken, a refund cannot be refused.
