I ordered skinceuticals discoloration defense from this company. I have used this product for over year. What I received was either very old or a counterfeit product. Discoloration defense is never, nor should it be clear! I contacted the company through multiple emails and a unanswered call to customer service for an exchange. They never responded to any emails. This is an expensive product, which is unusable. I would never order from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.

I placed an order worth several hundred dollars, and the items never arrived. Despite multiple emails and complaints, I received no response or resolution since March; I’ve been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience—I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company!!!

I also am disappointed and angry at myself for not researching the company. I first ordered samples of a product which were great and then the products. I had a reaction to the products (were they the same as the product?), emailed the company and was told not to use the products. I then asked about their return/exchange policy and never heard back from them. I spent a lot of money and to now get ghosted is infuriating. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This is a scam company.
You cannot reach them by phone or email, to return, cancel or exchange.

I purchased eltamd sunscreen from Skinmedix last month and it was either counterfeit or stored improperly. The consistency was completely wrong and it was so thick it would barely come out of the tube. I've used this product for at least 15 years so I know what it's supposed to be like. I reached out to customer service and they've been giving me the run around for 2 weeks now. They say the product has to be unopened to get a refund. I had to open it to see that it was counterfeit. Should have done my research. They are listed on eltamd website as an unauthorized seller. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM SKINMEDIX!!!!!!!!!!

I should have done my research before ordering from here. The price was too good to be true. I ordered Obagi-professional C serum and the serum was a deep amber upon receipt. Completely oxidized. I looked up the batch number to find that it was manufactured on 11/22. It is 5/25. Do not order from here! Such a dishonest business.

I think the CE Ferulic by Skinceuticals that I bought from them was a counterfeit.

Skinmedix is a scam ! They own me 134.08 euros for 2 months now . Products not shipped (They are aware because after I pay my order they informed me by mail that the products were out of stock but they refused to reimburse me

Not happy! Spent a fortune on suncream samples) (more fool me) evri have supplied 'proof of delivery' IE chucking it on my doorstep in full view of the street! Of course I never received it. To be fair not skinmedix fault but it is their responsibility to deal with evri but they are ignoring my emails. I will be raising a dispute via PayPal!

I have called twice about two orders. It did not identify as a business but simply directed me to leave a message. I did each time. I also sent two emails to customer service. Still, I have not received a response.

On 01.12.2024 I ordered 2 x Obagi products for just under £100. 8 weeks later no sign of said products despite them allegedly being shipped on 02.12.24. I have chased up my order twice and was responded to on the same day with recommendations to wait due to issues with delivery and then told to contact the courier direct. I was advised delivery should have been up to 4 weeks.
When contacting the courier they have stated that they have not yet received it for final procession and given its over 30 days I should go back to skinmedix to request refund or reshipment.
I have done this and shock horror, now they are not responding! Absolutely shocking company and customer service - looking at reviews seems likely this is a fake/scam company!
Only positive is I purchased using my credit card as a safety measure so I have been able to raise a dispute and having the money refunded via my bank!

I did not receive the ordered products despite contacting the support at skinmedix several times.

Purchased (2) bottles of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic® with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid. Gave one as a Christmas gift and opened the other myself last week. It was already brown. Customer service told me too bad, because it's opened, they don't take returns. How would I know it was already oxidized unless I opened it? Awful.

Terrible customer service—completely unresponsive and dismissive about my missing package, redirecting all responsibility to the local courier. No effort to resolve the issue or offer any goodwill, just happy to take my money. Avoid this store at all costs—extremely disappointing.

I purchased Revision skincare products from Skinmedix. Last evening I received an email from Revision with the subject line "CAN YOU SPOT A FAKE?" Skinmedix is specifically listed as an UNAUTHORIZED SELLER in that email. When the seller is unauthorized you can not be certain you are getting authentic product. Spending hundreds of dollars for product that you can't be assured is the real thing is unacceptable. I attempted to return the unopened product but am told that I have to pay shipping based on their calculations AND even though the product is unopened, sealed and undisturbed they will charge me a restocking fee. CAN YOU SPOT A SCAM?

I ordered online like 10 day ago. I paid however I didn’t get a receipt or anything that confirm my order.

Odd, all these negative reviews. I read them only after ordering my products and figured I had lost my $180. However, received notice of shipment and then the shipment arrived quickly. I compared my products with my friend’s who had ordered my products directly from Obaji. Same product. No counterfeit. Am perplexed how some of us have a great experience de and som don’t.
Believe it would benefit Skinmedix to answer some of the negative responses. Had I read reviews before ordering, I would not have ordered from them.

Pathetic Company i ordered for skin products from this company for the first time worth 360$ after i ordered it and paid it through PayPal. Neither i received an confirmation email nor i got an email with shipping confirmation. when i called them and left several voicemails no response whatsoever. nor emails were replied. when i opened a case with PayPal they responded back with tracking saying it was already delivered 2 weeks ago which i never got. would never do any business with them.

This is the second time I have reordered Retinol Obagi 1% product at this website, best price and quality product, because I have used the 4th bottle so I have experience about the product Obagi and have free shipping 👍

Ordered a product for $172 dollars and it burned and blistered my skin. I sent it back and was told they do not give refunds only on unopened purchases. I told them I had no idea this would happen and asked for a partial refund. They would not compromise and told me to see a doctor! I have never had a problem with returning anything before with other companies. I found that to be unprofessional and will never order anything from them.
