BEWARE!!!!!
I will no longer support this company with my hard earned money. I ordered a size EXTRA small, and they sent me a small instead.
Even though this is their mistake, they won't fix it. They went as far as to tell me the socks were mislabeled, and that I got the right item. Can you believe it? This company only wants your money, but they will not give you any costumer service.. Even if it is their fault.

There is no communication beyond very vague and noncommittal answers.

Pavlína, their head of customer support, stopped answering my emails when I asked for a tracking number. I was not provided with any kind of timeline or update on when the item might be completed, packaged, shipped, or expected to arrive.

Ignoring people supported your business is probably a bad idea.

This company has horrendous customer service. I was a Kickstarter customer from their recent campaigns. Unfortunately the Kickstarter failed to mention they would not provide shoe sizes for Women's size 6 (US) and below. Even after ordering the smallest possible size offer the shoe delivered was far too big and very uncomfortable.

I reached out directly to Skinners for an exchange for the right size. After multiple emails back and forth they insisted that I pay for return shipping and the shipment of a new product. On top of that, the shipping fees they insisted I pay are 2x that of the original kickstarter shipping. They continually offered me marketing gimmicks to get to me to buy more products instead of righting their original wrong; not offering a full range of shoe sizes on their kickstarter. This company may have great marketing but their customer service after they've collected your money is only interested in collecting more of it. Watch out and avoid this company at all costs.

Great product developed in Czech Republic ! They holded round 6 months and the walking or running was very comfortable and natural in every terrain ! I just bought them again ! ;-)

I recently got my order. Like a couple of reviews I read here, the issue is more with the company than the product.

My first issue is with shipping. At first the website said free shipping. Eventually when I went to order it said I had to pay shipping - ~13 USD for 1-2 day shipping with UPS. This is less than ideal, but fine since they were shipping to North America. It took 6 business days to for me to get my package. I emailed customer service to complain, but they just said the delays are due to COVID. COVID has been with us for a year. If you know shipping will take longer, that's fine, but adjust your pricing and shipping time to reflect that. There is a banner that indicates this on the website sometimes (maybe about 1 out of 10 times I visited the site on desktop did it show up)

Second issue is with customs/duty. This isn't really clearly indicated on the website when ordering. It is in small light grey text, on a darker grey background. The duty, with non-optional fees from UPS, was about 25% the cost of the product. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered it. Also emailed them about it, and they said it's my problem.

They did offer a return, but at this point there is enough sunken cost that I don't need to pay to ship them back to CZ. Overall not impressed, and very disappointed with the whole ordering process and customer service. Won't be a returning customer.

I have purchased Skinners twice at Skinners.cc
And got exactly what I ordered and within a decent amount of time... Czech republic to Denmark.
I will shop here again.

I really like my Skinners. I mostly use them as slippers, gym shoes, or camping shows (they feel amazing after a day in walking boots).

Easy to clean too (and you'll want to clean them often as they're not too far from socks)

I Love Skinners. Skinners are my favorite outdoor work out footwear. I use them while I play volleyball in the summer and winter. Phenominal product. I reccomend it to everyone.

I ordered my first pair when they were still in their Kickstarter phase. My originals lasted roughly two years of abuse before I finally had to replace them. Overall, not bad since I'm really hard on shoes.

I ordered my new pair from Amazon and received them shortly after. This pair was...not great. Wore them just a few times outdoors on trail runs during the SE U.S. summer. It was hot and humid and they didn't get much use. Three months and maybe x10 worn go by and the bottoms begin to peel and the fit has only gotten worse. Contacted Skinners about it thinking they would just ignore me since it was outside of normal return period, but they said it was clearly a MFG defect and had me sent a new pair within a week.

New pair fits much better and will hopefully last longer than 10 runs. So far, customer service has been excellent and the OG pair were pretty damn awesome (hopefully this new pair as well)!

I got my Skinners (black/blue logo) last week. Since then I've worn them almost everywhere when the weather allows - and I totally LOVE them! Because they're black, they're seldom noticed, so I can wear them almost everywhere unnoticed - even in places that would turn me away if I wore regular black socks, including my transit system. Indeed, I sometimes have to call the attention of others to my Skinners - which sometimes gets them interested. I ordered them Sunday of last week, UPS delivered them Friday of that week. (UPS also invoiced the import charges online, no issue with paying them). If I end up using them heavily enough, I may order another pair. Thanks, Skinners.

Highly malleable to my feet and their movement.
Ground feeling.
Adjustment free.

Characteristics that could Skinners my most worn pair of footwear:
Design that favors my looks.
Faster drying.
Spring/Autumn version.
Winter version.

Quality is very good. The feeling with the ground is good. Trough the firm under layer the feet are protected perfectly:) to go on a run I have my doubts but to go for l walk they are better then I expected

Good customer service and nice socks

Skinners sockshoes are amazing, really good for hiking and running (better on grass or sand). I recently bought a new pair and got the size wrong, but the customer service person was really helpful and quickly sorted it out for me. Excellent service and an excellent product. Definitely recommend!

Good customer service, they solved my problem without hesitation. Product works good as well, wearing it for few months now, and no problem.

I received the product sooner than expected, and everything came very well packed. The Skinners are just perfect, I already try them in outdoors, and the protection and comfort were just what I needed, I totally recommended.
