The only disappointing, bit was I sent a message about the grapefruit which I wanted to swap. I didn't get any reply. Grapefruit arrived so will be a waste for me and the offer less of an offer

Incomplete order-issue resolved
Ordered Original and Mediterranean Skinny Tonics. Only received Original. Sent email via your website on Wednesday and have not received a reply as yet (Saturday). Skinny Tonics have since been in touch and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service above and beyond what was necessary but is very much appreciated. Will certainly order from them again with confidence.

Exceptional customer service
There was an error with my order and they sent the wrong items - however they rectified this with a more than satisfactory outcome. And the tonic is fantastic would never contemplate ordering more
