I was recommended this clinic by a friend who was pleased with her results and I have been twice.
Dr Pradnya was extremely honest at my consultation about what I needed doing, which my friend had warned she would be!
Next visit I had Botox which was a little rushed as very busy that day, but painless and no problems afterwards. My face still looks natural, but lines have decreased but not gone as of yet as explained.
2nd visit fillers which were a little more uncomfortable but she used pain relief and didn’t feel so rushed today.
It’s a lovely clinic and staff are friendly and welcoming and all looks very clean, always offered a drink.
I am hopeful for good results in time for my sons wedding in 2 weeks and maybe I’ll treat myself to more treatments in the future?

I went to skin southwest with acne problems and the products they recommended worked well from the first week of using them. I especially love the oil free moisturiser/sun cream. I have had two fire and ice facials with Poppy and they worked well and did not irritate my very heat-sensitive, pale skin. Poppy is very friendly and suggests products without any pressure to buy.

I visited Dr Pradnya at skin southwest around a month ago to have botox to help stop teeth grinding I suffer from anxiety and this has been one off the side effects causing me to have a sore face from aching muscles and shoulder and neck pain from tensing,I have a retainer to wear at night but it is very uncomfortable i was nervous about having the procedure but felt confident going with Pradnya as she is a dentist and felt she would be more familiar with the muscles of the face she was very reassuring and I am so glad I have had the treatment my neck feels so much better and also my face is a lot more relaxed and I feel less anxious also my face seems to have slimmed down before my jaw was very square from constantly flexing my muscles.

I cannot recommend Dr Pradnya and her team at Skin Southwest enough. I have been visiting the practice for the last four years and it just keeps getting better. They offer all the latest treatments tucked away in a beautiful clinic on Southernhay and their customer service is second to none. Nothing is ever a problem and they go above and beyond to ensure beautiful natural results. I would not consider going anywhere else and would not hesitate in recommending this award winning gem of clinic in Exeter.

I have been thinking about Botox for years and finally decided to be brave and use Skin Southwest after following them on Instagram and watching their stories. Dr Pradyna is a highly experienced practitioner and I wouldn’t trust going to anyone else. She takes her time with her work and ensures you are happy with your treatment every step of the way. She makes me feel very comfortable and has a vibrant and friendly personality. The whole team, is warm, friendly and welcoming. They make me feel very confident and comfortable.
They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience and if for any reason you are not happy with your treatment they do out of their way to fix it to.
I get a couple of treatments there and have also just started getting facials with Poppy which have completely changed my skin in an incredible way! Skin Southwest is a professional, ethical and clean salon. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I had lip fillers and Botox and was quite nervous at first but was soon reassured as I felt Dr. Pradnya knew exactly what she was doing. Dr.Pradnya gave me dental block to numb my mouth and I didn’t feel a thing. She spoke to me throughout the procedure and checked that I was comfortable. The results were instant. The Botox procedure was really quick and painless. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be a returning customer.
There are lots of treatments on offer and lovely skincare products too. I like that you can book online as well as email or telephone. Confirmation is emailed and texted to you followed by reminders of your appointment, which is great for me.

So happy with my Fire and Ice treatment. Experienced no discomfort during treatment and left with immediately glowing and brightened skin. The best thing for me was no downtime after treatment. Dr Pradnya is super professional and put me (a very nervous client) completely at ease before doing any work on my lips.
As a dentist she can use dental blocker to totally numb the area so I didn't fee any pain at all!
My newly enhanced lips look amazing - sexy and natural.

I've been going to Pradnya since January and I cannot recommend her enough. I was able to get an initial consultation the day after my first enquiry and she was so welcoming and lovely. The products she recommends work wonders and I have seen amazing improvements with my skin. So far I have had 2 chemical peels with Pradnya and each one has been carried out professionally and Pradnya really makes you feel like a friend rather than just a customer!
