Mathias acted for us during our house purchase in March/April 2020. It was an extraordinarily stressful experience for us to sell our property in the UK and purchase one in Denmark whilst the UK was in lockdown. Mathias handled the (very straightforward) purchase process here very professionally and explained exactly what we needed to know at each stage. He was also very much 'on our side' and at one point shielded us from the fact that the Estate Agent was concerned that our funds wouldn't arrive on time from the UK and was considering offering the house to a different buyer. Mathias convinced them that it was safe for them to wait and that our funds would come through. They did! He deserved a medal for that part in the process!!
