I have not yet received my skull yet, so cannot comment on quality or shipping time. However, the ordering process was simple and I received a very fast reply to a question I asked customer service. I’ll be able to provide better feedback after I have received my skull.

Don't Honor their Return Policy.
Bought a skull mount. The bracket on the back wasn't centered...and caused the skull to hang crooked. They won't honor their return policy. They want me to fix it. Do not buy from them...if there is an issue...you may end up out of luck and money.
