My first Skull Bliss experience

I just received my first order from Skull Bliss. The wooden box it was in was half broken, but i honestly believe that was because of transport to the Netherlands. I could see it should have been nailed shut. However, the longhorn skull was wrapped with enough bubble wrap that it didn't get damaged in transport. It looks absolutely amazing! I'm in love with the details on both the skull and the horns, and the wallmount with the light is a fantastic finishing touch. I will definitely order another item from Skull Bliss again.

Cracks and glued areas - DISAPPOINTED

When the skull finally arrived it has some noticeable cracks in some primary / front facing spots. It looks like they tried to glue/patch it. But it is still obvious and makes the skull look fake and low quality. For $400 I expected a lot more.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Honestly, they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I was promised my item on several occasions and each was pushed to several later dates, which were never met, even after Ian promised me my delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, as I wouldn’t want another person to go through what I have, since the beginning of January.
I was lied to constantly and made to feel inadequate because I’m a female. Ian is rude, degraded me as a female and bought me to tears after breaking his promises. All I wanted was my bed, and then my refund. I waited almost 20 weeks and still I have no delivery, and the £500 item was refunded £10 here and £50 there. They aren’t operating a professional company at all. Lots of talk of cash and having to await payment. If you can’t deliver, just be 100% honest. I think Ian is a compulsive liar, after receiving his false promises on multiple occasions.
