Truly Awful.
They give you a quote then they realise that they can't provide what they offered so the price goes up or you get less for the money.
They are very slow to respond.
Very poor attention to detail.
Very rude at customer service.
Seems to be a bunch of sarcastic rude 20 year olds.
Do yourself a favour and book with absolutely anyone else.

Booked an holiday in Antalya Turkey via this company. We arrived at The Grand Nar Hotel at around 4.00 am, was immediately told by an "inmate" it was not too good. Proceeded to reception to be told we didn't have a reservation. This problem couldn't be sorted until 9am that morning & was told we could have a double room at a cost of $100. We paid as we were tired. 9am the 8/7/24 we were told Sky blue had cocked up our booking & it was made for August ( our flight & transfer were both for July)
This was sorted (great). Next although the holiday was advertised as a beach holiday, it turned out the beach was 4km away & was only reachable by a shuttle bus. We complained to sky blue about literally everything ( bad hotel, bad all' inc', the list was endless)
We went to bed early that evening & was woken at 9am the following morning by some hotel worker & was told to leave the hotel, literally kicked out.
At this point I had to put a £60 bolt on, onto my phone to phone Sky Blue, eventually the actually found us a beach front hotel, but had to get a taxi which we had to pay for.
Arrived at new hotel, to find they'd reserved a "cell" for us until the 15/7/24
(We were due home on the 14th)
Once again trying to contact Sky Blue
customer service was near impossible, so we started to email them, to which they replied, please telephone (tried, but kept getting placed on hold for long periods costing me 60p @ minute)
We were getting nowhere at all, so decided to grin & bear it & complain on arrival back in the UK.
Yesterday I composed an email & sent to Sky Blue customer service & as yet have received no reply.
In summary these people sold us an holiday which was far away from being described correctly & left us to sort it ourselves at a cost to ourselves.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this company & will never use them again, back to Love Holidays for me, who I never had a problem with!
At last managed to speak to customer services....they told me my case was being handled by customer complaints & it could take up to 28 working days.
I'm not holding my breath

Jason was really helpful and proceeded with my payment effectively. It’s been made so easy to book and pay for my holiday using this company I highly recommend and will book again next time with this company.

I came to him with a 2 star hotel and walked away with a 3.5 star hotel with an extra 2 nights for an extra £100 my original price plus the alternative hotel he suggested wasn’t for a mark up on his potential commission it was to make a better experience for me and my family while away on holiday and make sure they had plenty to do at our resort while we are away
Spoken with him for over an hour on the phone before seal the deal of a century on a beautiful hotel

We found a holiday to Morocco and chatted online and agreed a price for flights All-inclusive and Transfers. The agent rang us and went through our details. He said its £300 deposit. Paid over the phone via card. The second the payment had cleared. The agent said i will check to see if your hotel is available. NO it wasn't other hotels was offered at £200 more . we was on a very tight budget. My husband Said we will have to leave it so just refund the money. He Was told thats not possible as Jet2 have the money and don't refund, We got onto Jet2 and they offer full refund for free if on same day as booked, I rang back and spoke to our agent and he said its not for the flights its a non refundable deposit and its £100 each to cancel. we spent hours on the phone trying to different deals but nothing in our budget. We spent all night online looking for holidays and found a different hotel all-inclusive for less money. we rang 9amthe following morning. spoke with a different agent who told us the very first spa hotel was now available with a different agent .we was happy to go for it, to be then told he couldn't book it as our money was with the other agent who only started work at 1pm We was told the previous day we only had till 3PM the following day to book using the £300 we had paid. Rang back 1pm to be told the Spa hotel was not available any more so we went back the one we had found cheaper, to be told that's now gone I went on line and offer still available. we was told not with them it isn't. All he could offer was the hotel on a half board basis for an extra £90 each. We was told conformation will be sent in 15minutes. 5 days on we rang to chase up we was told to give them 30 min and it will be emailed over 5 hours passed so we emailed, they responded very quick to tell us we only get this once we have paid the final balance. the process of booking this holiday took 6hours of phone calls a load of stress and sleepless nights. We just don't know if this is normal so calling ATOL for further advise. PLEASE do not waste your time or money with this company.

Brilliant service from Jack, we decided on a spur of the moment to book a getaway and even though it was getting late Jack took us through it all. great from start to finish.

I had the pleasure to talk to an agent called Chris today. He was polite, patient, and respectful. He helped me find a really good deal and gave me his best price and even gave us a small discount. We intended to do bed and breakfast but after getting his advice we went half board and ended up with really good room. I will contact him again to book my next holiday. He was amazing. Holiday booked via telephone with Paul. Paul was very polite. There were extra charges added to the cost of the holiday (but this was expected). Still a good price. Lookig forward to going away.
