An utterly brilliant experience! The canoeing across Scotland was incredible and beautiful. It enabled us to see Scotland from the vantage point of canals and from the middle of lochs. As a 68 year o... See more

One of the best backpacking experiences of my life! Roberto is an experienced guide and good dude. I highly recommend this trip!

Everything about the Gran Paradiso Trek was excellent. The walks, height, accommodation, food and guide (Roberto). Amazing scenery and tough walks made for an outstanding adventure.
I would thoroughly recommend this Trek to anyone with a decent level of fitness and a love of walking.

A brilliant trip which I highly recommend for anyone who wants to be introduced to the Tatra mountains for the first time. The guide was excellent 👏 The transfer from the airport was easy and there were no complications. It is a beautiful place 😁

We have just finished a great trip up Mt Kenya with Savage Wilderness through Skyhooks. Our guide John was great, helping us make it through and giving us lots of background about the area too. The porters were great too - really friendly, and always smiling. We packed some snacks, but never touched them as the chef's food was really good and plentiful. One thing I would advise anyone taking this trip is to spend the night before in Nairobi (altitude 1600m) to help with acclimatisation, because the altitude change on the trip is rapid.

A fabulous few days canoeing with a small group, just four of us plus our guide, Robbo. The first two days were amazing, we had beautiful weather and wonderful views. Paddling up Loch Ness with a strong head wind was challenging and we all had to work very hard. The wild campsites were great and I swam in every location. Robbo made sure we were all fed and watered with delicious food and a great selection of snacks.
I’d recommend this trip for folk who are physically fit - it’s not for beginners, unless the weather is guaranteed to be calm.

Charles was a great guide, very knowledgeable about Mount Blanc. Charles was very much in touch with the environment which I was Ok with but couple of people on the tour not so much.
By coincidence we had a great group of people who helped each other our when the other was in need.
Definitely recommend this tour, it is challenging and some training is required, but the views are great and the achievement is worth it.

A fantastic trip from start to finish. Superbly well organised. Always a plan B or even C if the weather or circumstances changed. Excellent instruction from friendly instructors who educated us on the local area and history. We felt well looked after and catered for. A good mix of exercise and relaxation with stunning scenery.

Great trip, fabulous scenery with nice quality huts and good food. Treks were challenging but very satisfying at the end of each day! Lots of great opportunities for wild swimming too!

I went on the Matterhorn Highlights trip solo and came away with breathtaking views, amazing memories, and a group of people who had me laughing for four days straight! Everything was so well organised — great accommodation, delicious meals, and an unforgettable experience.
Our guide Charles was incredible. He went above and beyond daily, leading reflection circles, optional yoga, and sharing knowledge that made us more mindful and connected. Can’t recommend this trip — and Charles — highly enough!

Enjoyed the stunning and panoramic scenery. Thanks for the guide of the fantastic couple, Ban and Sandy. They led the trip professionally and well-organizing ly. For the team, they are considerable and observant on members with different capabilities. We really have a lot of fun.

TMB was an incredible experience for me. Breathtaking views, exhausting but very rewarding hike, especially in last day. Our guide Grigor did a great job teaching us very useful packing and hiking techniques, managed to keep the group on a great peace and kept us entertained. He took care of each of and helping when we were struggling on some points on the route. Our group members were lovely, we had great chats during the hike and helped each other a lot. Organisation was flawless, accommodation was very decent and clean. Best memory for me was at Refuge Bonatti. The most incredible view, refuge and food. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is enjoying outdoor activities and mountains. Decent experience of hiking (3-4 long hikes to about 2000m height) and good fitness level is required to be able to enjoy TMB experience.

Wow! Just back from an unforgettable trip - canoe across Scotland. Despite some heavy rain and wind it really was a superb trip.
Our guides, Sam and Geoff were total professionals, kept us safe and taught us how to run the camp. Their passion for canoeing, the outdoors and Scotland shone through.
Our group was a good mix of genders, ages, solos, couples and mother and son… we got on really well and this added to the experience.
I’ve not seen much of Scotland prior to this and will be back!
Some tips…. Trust the kit list…you don’t need much. Do add gloves to the list. I had sealskinz and they were perfect.
You do need to be fairly fit for this trip, both physically and mentally. When using sails (who knew!) you need some strength!
There is tons of food and Sam is an incredible cook. I have never eaten so much! Carb city and much needed 😂 there is a snack box if you do get hungry between meals which is full of goodies.
You can leave your car in the car park at the meeting point. Several of us did this and they were there when we returned!

It was a very well organised and a lovely trip!!!! The stay, the staff and food at Penzion Lomnicky was very good. The staff (Anna and Gabriela)were were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very large and clean and it was in a beautiful place by the river.
Our guide Peter was a star!!! He was very kind and so helpful and had a lot patience especially waiting on me and leading the way when descending in difficult parts of the hike. He took us to the river on the first day and we all loved it thoroughly enjoyed it. Peter was very knowledgeable and knew the names of all peaks in entire range of Tatras by heart and was very passionate about hiking. A true Slovak at heart and introduced us to a lot of local dishes and drinks which we all really enjoyed.
The second day in Sucha bela was the best.
Thanks to Martin and Peter for making this trip a very memorable one

This was unbelievably awesome. Geoff and Sam were fantastic guides, the whole group meshed well together and everything was organised. We were trusted in our skills against the wild weather which made it much more fun and adventurous, glad we were treated to a beautiful spot of weather on a gorgeous beach pitstop. The memories will last a lifetime. Cannot recommend this trip enough. Hope we get to plan more canoeing in the future!

Just returned from an outstanding trip, not tip across Scotland. Canoeing in the Highlands. Our guides Geoff and Sam were amazing, skilled and very professional. The group of people were wonderful and this experience will stay with myself and my son for a very long time. Beautiful way to see this stunning part of Scotland. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous trip that has given me memories that will last for a lifetime. Unbelievable views and company and a real sense of achievement.
This was all made possible by our guide Gracjan. He was both professional and knowledgeable, but most of all he was the glue of the group and helped us to bond through inclusitivity.
Thank you Skyhook but most of all thank you Gracjan.
