Travel during busy times

At a very difficult time Harry kept us up to date with information, emails and calls to ensure we got the very best flights. He did everything he could to ensure the journey would be seamless, stress free and comfortable, giving his views on what was best for our circumstances. I would recommend Harry 100% and thank him for the care and attention to detail, it was very reassuring

Truly genuine and helpful .

I have been booking my flights with SKYJET for a long time ,they have always been very helpful and obliging
I would defiantly recommend them .

Saviour

Before COVID struct i made a booking to Malaysia with MAS. Now that COVID rules have relaxed, I amended my ticket but when doing so, realised an error on my booking. For the last few months I've been trying to get in it sorted with MAS but with no success. I contacted Harry in the morning and by the afternoon he had resolved the issues that has taken me months to resolve. Without Harry assisting me I feel that my trip to Malaysia wouldn't be possible. He's a lifesaver and I would highly recommend using him for all travel needs.

Harry did a fantastic job this morning…

Harry did a fantastic job this morning helping sort out my trip to India.
Very knowledgeable, and friendly.
Would highly recommend him to plan your holidays.
Easy to contact, and sorted any problems with minimum fuss.
Harry went beyond his job to help me sort out my ticket. He sorted the problem i had with Crystal Travel who was originally holding my booking without giving right direction. He arranged a conference call with Crystal Travel who apologised the inconvenience caused because of their inexperienced staff.

Fantastic especially Nick

I had to leave a review because I booked online on a Saturday outside the companies working hours and then read reviews on this website that made me panic for the next 2 days whilst awaiting confirmation of my booking
I had nothing to worry about!! I rang on Monday afternoon to double check everything was ok, I got through to Nick who went back and forth between myself and the airline to make sure I got the best possible outcome as the flight I originally booked was now more money due to the airline overbooking.
Nick actually managed to get me an extra day added onto my trip because of this and at no extra cost.
Absolute pleasure to be dealing with Nick and this company, he went above and beyond. I should have never worried
Thank you Nick, I will definitely be using your services again
I cannot understand the bad reviews, the company never take money, they simply hold the money in limbo awaiting everything to go through correctly.

Big Scam Avoid - Take money & don’t honour the flight price

Big Scam Avoid

Booked Cathay Pacific tickets London Heathrow to Brisbane Australia for £738.
Called them back they said their web team will call me back.
They did call me back to say the return leg would cost over £100 more.
I called my bank who confirmed £738 was already taken from my account.
I called Skyjet back and they said the banks don’t know what they are talking about and that the money was not taken

I’m insured against fraud and will start legal proceedings to recover the £738

Order failed
After authorisation, your transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorisation the funds will still be temporarily reserved on your account. Although they have not been debited from your account they will appear to have been taken.

Have the funds left my account?
No. The reserve only highlights the funds to be debited from your account. We do not actually remove them. Once the reserve is removed from your account the funds will simply re-appear.

I am going to give 1 star for a company…

I am going to give 1 star for a company that sold me a ticket to Thailand.
I paid in full online filled all the information asked for.
I get a phone call the following morning explaining the ticket I purchased is not available and that I can pay more as the seat price had gone.
I was really upset as I have started booking internal flights for the onward journey j had paid for.
I was told that Thai Airways was to blame and that they had no more seats for this price.
I pointed out that Thai Airways have nothing to do with my flight purchase and that SkyJet sold me a seat on a Thai airline
This company is not interested they told me to read the terms and conditions and said that they had not taken my money.
I would like to know how company can sell you a ticket then say it's not available but then hike the price up.
I told Mr Harry that he should pay the difference as i had purchased a ticket they put up for sale.why are good customers being treat this way
I've also noticed every customer who has complained this company has had an answer no apology ! Now because of my wasted time I'm not going to get a seat on my dates to go and see my young daughter's overseas
Thank you but no Thank you Sky Jet
You can answer to this but at the end of the day you advertised a flight ticket at a price that I purchased that in reality was never there.i paid in full to your payment system
I want my money back and a written apology not a excuse of an email

We do not process any of your payments until we are holding confirmed seats on all legs of the Journey on the fare selected.

If a booking is in a pending status, We may offer you an alternate airline or an alternate fare Brand offer i.e Standard Bulk, Flex, Flex Plus depending on availability on the selected dates

If alternates offered are not accepted - Your payment will not be taken by us and the Amount reserve for the ticket price will be automatically returned to your Card

Very professional and pleasant experience

I was stuck with Thomas cook airlines and was very frustrated as you can imagine being stuck in another country with the family! Sky jet saved us from all the hustle and commotion, they was there to help! Very professional and pleasant experience. Honestly glad I found them!

I am a satisfied customer. The services are at par with other industry standard websites. It was only a few hours between making the payment and getting the confirmed e-tickets. In all, a pleasent experience. I would recommend them for travel services. Five star !

Do not use this company

Do not use this company , refunded my flights without notification then charged me £190 for a cancellation fee for flights that I didn’t cancel, after numerous calls and emails they still aren’t willing to refund my money but want me to use them with a sweetener of free luggage ?

Extortion by Sky Jet Ltd.

I've made a book thought I've made a booking (BCB0182A) through the website and after few days the company (Nick) phoned me and asked me if I would like to confirm my booking I should pay more money. Obviously, I refused to pay more money as it is extortion. The company just canceled my booking.

I will do my best to get my rights.

Do not advise anyone make a booking through this company.

Best service I could ever imagine. Harry is a genius and he went the extra mile to get me and my partner on flights even tho I missed my flight and d airline put her on overbook....definitely have been recommending Sky jet to friends and family
