Amazing service and Quality
From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The blind arrived well packaged and perfect. Videos were very helpful and when I needed support during installation the team were there at the weekend to offer advice and support. The product is quality and it is a joy to watch it in operation. I would recommend Skylight Blinds without reservation.

Poor unable to get on the phone to discuss and order
This company makes it very difficult to order. Phone numbers don't work, trying to simply call, discuss and order 2 large lantern blinds. The obsession these days for companies to get your phone number and details on record so they can hound you for years to come. With 3 providers im considering this one has lost this sale. This also presents an issue for any after sale support so as a result will be ordering elsewhere and hopefully this makes people think about it.

You mentioned having difficulty getting through to us by phone, but as you later admitted, the number you provided was incorrect – which meant we had no way of getting back in touch. Our phone system uses a voice service as the first point of contact, but there are always real humans behind it. If you leave a message or send us a text, we always respond promptly – often the same day, including weekends.
We pride ourselves on offering excellent pre- and post-sale support, and we go out of our way to help, especially with larger, more bespoke orders like lantern roof blinds. It’s a shame we didn’t get the opportunity to assist you properly.
Of course, you’re entitled to share your experience, but as no order was placed and key details weren’t accurate, we feel this review isn’t a fair reflection of the service we provide.

Superb units
What an absolute dream these blinds were to install. Company offered fantastic support during pre order stage and helped us pick the perfect solution for our skylights. Fitting was soo simple and as a smaller unit, was a one person job.

Very easy service
Pricey but well worth the money, they were custom made after all, we got the manual honey comb blind for our roof lantern in the outhouse. Very easy to assemble and install. Highly recomend 👍✌️

It was very easy to order with skylight blinds, Naomi was very helpful with my questions as was the chap who rang me to confirm the order. The fittings was very straight forward with helpful guides available throughout. The blind itself is very unobtrusive not detracting from the skylight itself and works really well.

I was very pleased with my lantern blind... it looks great and the quality is very good ...the delivery took about 3 weeks. Any questions I had were answered promptly..I had our electrician install it..with the help of my husband as it was a large lantern blind..the price was good for the size and quality. It was the Honeycomb electric blackout blind..I would recommend this company.

Repeat customer is a happy customer
We had a skylight blind installed in our home office but we didn’t need a blackout. We couldn’t find what we were looking for on the website despite having purchased previously. Naomi was brilliant, found our previous order and told us we needed the translucent. The blind arrived quickly and easily. We were told exactly where and how to add the spacers needed (our opening wasn’t an exact square), and it looks great! Naomi was a life saver and also activated my guarantee which I had completely overlooked. Thank you!

Very happy with my blind from skylight blinds-direct. I had a problem with the courier sending emails with different delivery dates and not turning up with the Blind but me and my Son managed to to put it together up installed it. I had trouble identifying the make and correct size of my skylight window as the makers stickers had all come away. Naomi identified the correct make and size from a couple of photos! New blind arrived promptly and was fitted in less than 10 minutes, great quality and fantastic customer service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
