Very pleased with the two honeycomb open view electric blinds we purchased.
We have a very handy brother in law who fitted the blinds for us and found them very straightforward. We had a few queries re measuring and ordering but our queries were answered very quickly by Steve and Naomi. Nothing too much trouble for them.
Excellent service and have no hesitation in recommending the product.

Skylight blinds direct were the most competitive price out there, after doing our research. We had a 2.9 x 1.7m lantern that during summer months made viewing the TV from one side of the room difficult due to glare. SBD offered a quick quotation with a guide-wire-free blind solution. After picking material colours and combinations from the free sample pack in the post, we placed our order and were updated on its status regularly. It arrived with tracking, well packaged too. The installation and setup was fairly straightforward, and it fitted the gap well! We opted for the small addition of ‘Goolgle/Alexa smart functionality’ as well as the remote control, this is invaluable as many devices in our home run off the same technology. We look forward to seeing how the blind performs in the winter as well as the summer in keeping the heat in and out when needed! Thanks again SBD, would 100% recommend!

Purchased the motorised Honeycomb open view blind from Skylight Blinds-direct. Excellent product at a very competitive price compared to other retailers.
Blind was easy to fit, with the support and customer service fantastic.

The pleated thermal blinds were 1800x1800mm and arrived accurately cut to within less than 0.5mm so they fitted perfectly. Easy to open and close manually, let a good amount of light through and glow diffuse white in the moonlight. Very happy with them.

Installation was quick and easy. All installed within an hour but is definitely a 2 person job to install.

We bought our Skylight from 'Skylight Blinds Direct'. We visited a few company websites before hand but 'Skylight Blinds Direct' stood out to us with everything clear and straight forward when it came to the order form. Considering how much you are spending it is nerve-racking selecting everything online. It's a bit like D.I.Y. check once and double check again and again! Fortunately for us it all worked out and we have a great working product we are over the moon with.
I went for an anthracite honey comb skylight with a solar panel.

Firstly amazing service from Naomi and the skylight team. From start to finish I was kept updated and supported.

I purchased one electronic solar skylight blind with Alexa control for to see if I was able to install myself first. I like to say installation and fitting was easy as described. I had to install in situ as I had a lip around my roof lantern but not a big problem. So happy I purchased the second blind straight after and took me half the time to install as I knew what I was doing.

Electric and Alexa control was definitely the way to go . Price was reasonable compared to with other companies.

Naomi at Skylight Blinds was really helpful in her advice along with superb advice help g us make our decision as to the best blind for our skylight. We decided to go for the manual cream translucent thermal blind. It was easy to fit and has definitely help UV ingress and loss of heat

After researching several companies, I chose Skylight Blinds-direct. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by Naomi so I went ahead and ordered a 2.5m x 4m LanternLITE Honeycomb roof blind for the conservatory. Using the fitting video to assist, I successfully fitted it myself. What a difference, absolutely fantastic and best of all, my wife loves it. I highly recommend Skylight Blinds.

Skylight blind arrived when expected and was well packaged. It all went together very easily and with the help from another person and two wooden tee bars it was installed with no dramas and works a treat . The Blind in anthracite with mid grey fabric blends lovely with our anthracite lantern and it is neat when in position. We bought it to reduce the cold from our double glazed lantern and it does that very well. Naomi and Steve have been very helpful both during purchase and with any questions upon receipt plus it arrived ahead of schedule.

Firstly I couldn’t make my mind up but ongoing Conversations with Steve ie measuring up correctly then what sort of blind , Naomi came up with the honeycomb absolutely right it has made a huge difference whereas before in the evening we sat in the other room as the cold came through the skylight but now it’s made such a difference to the running of the heating so a big thank you to All the team they all went the extra mile fully recommend the company.
