Disgusting service ordered a set of pans off Facebook on December 31st, after 2 months did not receive them so emailed they said sorry for your delay we can guarantee your package has been packed and shipped, waited another month nothing I have emailed several times they still say it's been shipped, latest email they said it was delivered to my address and gave me the date, we have CCTV cameras and nobody came to my door that day, so I emailed and was told to ask the neighbours again nothing, now they are ignoring my emails so I am ,£25 out of pocket no pans and no reply from the company. All I ask is answer to my questions and a refund of my money or my pans. Do not use this company.

Ordered and PAID FOR an ice maker in April. Don't have it. They sent me a "delievered" email. Says it was delivered to Idaho. I live in Kentucky.

I have not received the order till now, it's been more than a month, Ordered stroller, didn't receive yet.RG015670378CN. Post office say with this ID wrong recipients name and address and even product is something else is mentioned. No idea how to procure my order or claim money back.

I have not received my order at the delivery address. According to the tracking number RG015360901CN, It was delivered to another address on June 2. It was delivered in the zip code 45042 and it should be the zip code 97209. Since May 4, I made the order and I have no product, order #TIKTOKDE00220887

scammers should be arrested no computer ever came that i ordered and they just have one excuse after the other then they dissaperits quite disgusting

I ordered oct 22 and it’s been delivered 4 times to god knows where (not me that’s for sure) I’m still chasing it 8 months later I would rather have given my money away

Ordered from this company and as all of the other consumers have stated, never received the product. After sending emails, I continued to get notice that the product was delivered but to the wrong address. Then, now the email is undeliverable.

I order a laptop for $29.99. I waited got Mt tracking said it was delivered to wrong address then after I contacted them again they told me to wait. I waited a week then I was told to contact the post office it was delivered too. I ask for refund I get another tracking number for the area I live in but not to me. I go ask exactly what address they mailed to they give this Chinese postmaster really. I translate it its a menu for something else. Please everyone let people know about this scam.

I ordered an Ice machine in April 2023 and never received it. Customer e-mail is not working anymore - got an error message in chinese letters :/

I haven't received my goods and on the tracker its saying that its been delivered! It hasn't been I've Emailed them but no reply .

The worst scammers I have ever encountered.! They still from the poorest

I ordered in March 2023 and item never received. I was given a tracking number that was stolen from someone else as when I tracked it,the item was sent elsewhere to a different state and was not my item at all. Thy give you already used tracking numbers. I contacted them many times and after telling me they would look into it nothing has been done. More emails to Skylsinkte with no reply at all. So 2 months later I am out of pocket around $60 AUS dollars. The order was through Nameberry but obviously a scam name as cannot find it anywhere now except for a baby name site. I also contacted Australia Post but they told me nothing they can do as I need to contact seller as I was given wrong tracking number. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order in January. I never received it. I wrote email after email. They said to be patient. I tracked the package. It was shipped to Alaska. I live in NC. Now I cannot even get a hold of them.

I never received my order and I cannot contact anyone.

I ordered in December. And after what I can only describe as 100s of emails . Basically telling me to wait and it's being processed over and over again. All I get is PostMaster as there inbox is clearly so full with fools like us throwing our money away and expecting to get something . Honestly it makes me not want to buy off tiktok again and I prob wont. I know there are scammers out there but when I bought a product I thought it was genuine . What a load of bs and I don't ever expect my money back or a product. And tbh only writing it now as up to a few weeks ago they were still responding to my emails making me wait and wait . And now total silence . Just a joke of a company

They are scamming a lot of people me and my friend ordered a Kitchenaid stand mixer in October or December for 29,00 they acted like it was overstocked from Sam’s club that was the draw took out money and did not give us a refund a bunch of crooks my rating is less that a star them they changed their name from glttime to this new name a bunch of crooks something needs to be down about these people taking other peoples hard earned money

I placed my order on Feb 3rd and like everyone else my order went to wrong address, City and State. More attempts than I can count with no reply to my emails. These people steal your money and screw you!! Don't do business with them!!

Placed the order on April 27th, tracking # provided but now shows that it was delivered on May 12th to some address in PA when my address is in FL. I have written many times and no answer, it keeps bouncing back. I give 1 star because Im not aloud to do 0 star. I will make sure that everytime I see this in facebook to comment and share that this company are scammers.
