Placed a order in November, still waiting 6 months later,Said it's been delivered? But it wasn't to my address. Another company scaming trust worthy people out of money, keep well away from them. If I tick the box for you to notify them & you know who they are you should get them shut down

I can order a laptop book but don't receive because you issue a tracking number me but he have other person name i can mail but you can block my mail box and didn't reply

Ordered items in November 2022 never received order.Told been sent, but will resend! Tried to contact & request refund ,received a reply?,it was in Chinese requested reply in English no luck.Do not order from this 'scam'company!!!

I ordered back in January.
Recieved an email stating it had been delivered. To Montreal. I live in Saskatchewan.
Emailed them and it took over a week to hear back. They said they'd look into it. Not once have they emailed back since.
It's now end of April and I can't get any response.

Wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS! Like NO STARS!!! I ordered two items from them and lo and behold two months has gone by and now they said they delivered it to Louisville, KY and I live in Indianapolis, IN. I will never see these items so I am canceling the order with my credit card company and they will research it and refund my money. These scammers are everywhere and I am usually careful but nowhere on the order site did it say it was coming from China until after I paid!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have been scammed too ordered something begging of January I emailed kept say it’s in transit & today I emailed them for the the seventh time to be fobbed of it’s been delivered,it certainly hasn’t.
I’m furious nothing is being done about these people 😡

actually we order 5/5 factory set on 19 april 2023 but not received any answer from them please reimburse our payment or send us that product as we offered

Worst customer service.they cheat me.i paid for cooking utensils.five months gone.no reply

They shipped my chair to the wrong state. Customer service was very slow and unempathetic.

I have been scammed also. Ordered a sewing machine off the FB app and they keep pushing me off over and over. Even gave me a tracking number which was bogus!! I can’t believe I fell for it! This started in January

Why is FB allowing this when there is all these scams against them??

I ordered an ironing machine last April 3 and was given an email confirmation together with a tracking no. but when I follow up with them via email after a week or so, they gave me a fraudulent tracking no. Never ever buy anything on fb again

This company is a scam I ordered a phone and hasnt delivered it its almost 2 months now the keep on telling you lies about its in transit and they are even not responding to emails

I ordered a portable projector off here as a Christmas present last year and as you can guess from other reviews it never arrived and was sent to somewhere different. After 2 moths I emailed them, they said they'd ship another one and email me with tracking details later. 2 months after that email and nothing arrived and I had no tracking number sent through. I emailed them a few days ago and they've only just replied saying my order has been packed and is being shipped and gave me the exact same tracking details as the first one. I have asked for a refund in both emails and obviously they're made ignoring that so they don't have too. I made the mistake of not finding reviews because I thought it would be a nice present for my brothers and I am so sorry for anyone else they have scammed. If I could no minus stars I would.

I too realise I have been scammed. Several email asking where my goods are and still awaiting delivery now not being received because their inbox is too full! The question I now ask is Why are Facebook allowing these people to advertise their "goods" - surely Facebook should bear some responsibility?

Ordered item on Facebook which was never delivered and took ages for them to reply to emails where they stated I had to chase up courier.
Told them that is their job and heard nothing since with no offer of replacement or refund.

I ordered an item from them in their Easter Offers, after seeing it on Facebook. I received Tracking information that sent the item to a different part of the Country and stated that the item was delivered. I never received it. I tried emailing them but only received a response in Chinese. Totally untrustworthy, Total Scam. Keep away from them.

I ordered the $29 recliner, never got it. I have emailed them asking for my money back and today they started bouncing my emails. Would love to make these thieves pay...

I ordered an Item on 17th March last and paid $29
I got a tracking number GEX2208249390YY which I followed, and on 30th March it said my package was delivered to South Africa, I live in IRELAND! I THEN EMAILED THEM AND GOT THE RESPONSE THAT THEY WERE CHECKING WHY IT WENT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY., A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A FURTHER EMAIL SAYING BE PATIENT WE WILL BE IN TOUCH IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS TODAY I TRIED EMAILING THEM AGAIN ONLY FOR MY EMAIL TO BOUNCE BACK SO THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ABOUT A REFUND. I SUPPOSE I WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT I WON'T GET MY ITEM OR MY MONEY BACK AT THIS STAGE!!!

I ordered a garage tent from the company Allchan, and payed with my card as they adked for this was about 3 month ago and still no order. I recieved email telling me shipment was done and got tracking number. Aftet 12 days i tryed to track and the tracking system said that order was delivered somewhere in japan and i live in Greece. I have contacted the customer service from Allchan which is Skylsinkte.com i have recieved many emails from them. Some telling me to be patient, some telling that logistik has lost the parcel. Some telling me they send a new and one telling me that a refund has been issued but it will take 7-15 days before money will be in my account. Then a new email saying they are looking for my parcel all the emails are lies. Now i have told them that i have made criminal charges against them and Allchan and the courier/tracking company because they must all be in on it together. So i contacted police, international trading comission and my lawyer so let us see what they can do. We even talked about making charges against Facebook because they are the ones who let those criminals advertice on facebook without checking anything about them which i find very disturbing
