Do not buy from this place, they are scammers. They respond at first to say shipping will be soon. The tracking details received confirmed delivery to a completely different area. Multiple emails have been sent but no response. No I'm sending emails and its bounced back. Also track718 company is participating with them as they give you false tracking.
Anybody can help on how to file a case internationally against them?

I order 3 sets off bedding in November 2022 and still no goods. I have sent loads emails, all I get told is to be Patient with then, I have asked for refund plenty off time and now they reply in Chinese so I don't know what they are saying. I don't know what to do

I too have been scammed. I sent them an email asking a question about the goods I had ordered, the email I received had no reply about my question only that the goods will be delivered in the next 15 days. It is so annoying, embarrassing and frustrating that these people get away with it. Apparently they operate under loads of false names and from Germany. Hopefully my bank is going to sort it out but have to wait 28 days to see if the goods arrive! I know it won’t arrive because these people are scammers.

Do not buy from this place, they are scammers. I've put through a fraud case against them via my bank. They respond at first to say shipping will be soon. If it's too good to be true, chances are !......

They posed as Sams Club and I ordered a set of pots in December (25th) and I still have not received them. I have emailed many times with replies from them and they eventually said they would give me a refund because there was a problem with the shipment and I have not received anything. Then this morning (4/13/2023) I got an email asking why I want a refund? I am so furious! Who can we file a complaint to for reporting them to get in some real trouble and to get our money back? If no refund, just to get them charged for scamming, posing as another company and fraud on the internet.

How can they let them know about these posts but they have not stopped them from doing this mess?!!

I ordered the cast iron set in December and it never arrived. In JanuaryI asked about the order and it was delivered to New Jersey! I’m in florida!!! Then they said their logistics department fixed it and gave me a new tracking number… it was delivered to Australia!!! I kid you not!!! Now they tell tell me they sent it out according to my order and that the post office lost it. I’m not that dumb. I want my money back or a physical address where we can put together a class action lawsuit. This is ridiculous! And to think Facebook allowed this!
Nothing else to do except eat the loss. So very frustrated and feel played. It’s now April and still nothing

This is a totally scam I was order laptop on Marc 2023 still not recieve yet . Why internet authorities to do not take any action from these sites.

Skylsinkte are definitely a scam, I received tracking information and then notification it had been delivered a month previously. I chased and chase with intermittent email returns saying sorry but so far nothing has been refunded since November 2022. They were originally selling Amazon crates....

They are a scam. I paid for my order 1/2/2023. It never came. When I contact them they keep saying my order has been processed please give 15 days. They won't refund my payment.

I have been scammed by them as well , I have raised the case to both US & German related authorities ,and waiting their action

I placed an order over a month ago and they said it was shipped. Of course I STILL don't have it and don't expect to receive it. I am pretty saavy and thought I would never fall for this but I ordered two bottles of specialty liquor that sells for twice as much in the US so thought this was a deal. They must have someone from America who speaks and writes well in English, because the ad was well written. Therefore, I thought it was legit. Now I keep getting these emails to "BE PATIENT". I am reporting this to my bank and to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Hi,ordered a bed. Never delivered. They send me someone else tracking number .... SCAM.

This company does not even warrant a 1 star. I ordered cast iron pan set in December 22 and like a lot of you same thing it’s been delivered, I have been back and forward since via email which I know have several of….that contain many an excuse and all ending in have a good week 🤬. My latest reply today comes with they are trying to find the logistics it was lost in and to be patient 😳 patient …..🤬🤬 I agree this is clearly a scam…..these people need to me stopped. So wrong will never be caught like again.

I have ordered a laptop at $29.99 since february and the tracking show me the order was delivered to the different State(Ruse) in my Country (Bulgaria), around 210 km. away from my town Dobrich, no any notification or message, so I am speechless, just realize now that i have been scammed and totally desapointed!!!. THIS IS A FAKE SITE. DON'T BELIEVE IN IT ANYWAY!!!

Total rip off. They say delivery made but it never was, just keep saying checking logistics. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Why does Facebook allow people like this to advertise on their platform…..

Looks like i am scammed too. I have a case with one as i got their registered address in HK. I have even done a police case. Am waiting to get response from police of HK. Not hopeful though. But these scammers need to be booked
