I have been a long time customer of Skylum. The ease of use of the software; the constant upgrades; the ingenuity of the engineers; and frankly most important is the excellent customer experience. I had several questions about an offer I received and had a support question. A wonderful support rep, Tetiana, responded quickly, clearly and precisely providing all of the information I needed. Sadly, I was blown away by the amazing service and support I received! I purchased one of the offers immediately and was so pleased with the service and support! Loyal customer here!!!

I've moved from subscription based software to Lifetime payment for Luminar Neo. For the amount of time and the extent to which I was using the software this made more sense financially.
So far I have found it easy to work with and hope I'll enjoy the features this software has to offer

Skylum software, the maker of Luminar Neo, is a great company. I’ve used their photosoftware for almost a decade and it quickly became a part of my workflow, complimenting Photoshop and Lightroom. I’m finding the Mobile app another tool in my digital toolbox. Highly recommended. Support a deserving Ukrainian company!

Wait time for support is longer since I purchased the product. Also when one gets free gifts it is assumed one can download and apply the gift without any instructions - we'll i'm a bit of a dummy and so the free gifts are just still sitting in the email.

Having used Neo since it's inception, I have been delighted with its development as a photo processor that can be simple to use but has more complex abilities available. The new, simple Restoration feature is fantastic. On the few occasions I have run into problems or needed information their customer services has been outstanding.

I've had difficulty installing Luminar Mobile onto my devices (iPad & iPhon) Seemed to be an endless loop.
Anyway when I requested a refund thru AI Assistant, Alisa (human) sorted it very efficiently and the money was returned within the same day.
Sorry it didn't work out but impressed with the support

I use Luminar Neo (after having used Luminar AI for a while) since some year with ease now. I find it very intuitive and practical, with a good AI in support. Just on thing I still miss, even the available exporting system is now better :I cannot export an image simultaneously in several files, in several formats with or without a watermark

What a truly awful experience it is trying to deal with Skylum! I have invested so much time trying to get Luminar Neo to work but cannot now even load it to access any form of real-time support. Your customer service people have stopped responding to me and so I am in limbo. I've lost loads of edits and your product sometimes works, sometimes not - hardly what a professional photographer should be basing his business on. I am so very dissappointed and would tell anyone not to use your products as you cannot support them. I write this review in desperation that you might actually contact me in real time and help me.

I think the help I received in explaining the reason for the email I received stating that my trial period had expired and it was time to purchase the product. Which was a bit confusing as I had already purchased it. They were quick and professional in turning off this message and making sure that my purchase had indeed been registered. So I am happy with the nice support and can highly recommend them.
I bought a lifetime licence about 18 months ago. For the first year I was happy with the product. Although it seemed a little slow compared with other editing programs I've used the range of tools was comprehensive and produced good results. However in the Autumn of 2025, Neo issued an update and from then on it was a nightmare. Every time I tried to login, I got an unhelpful "Something went wrong. Please try again". I contacted the Support Desk by email a number of times and each response took 2 -4 days for a reply. I carried out all the fixes they proposed but nothing helped. A number of the fixes allowed me to login, but my desktop computer almost immediately "crashed". As soon as I rebooted the PC, my disk usage went to 100% and stayed there. I removed Neo, but the disk problem remained. A local computer store sorted this problem and told me that there appeared to be a conflict between Neo and Windows installation software. It seemed that in addition to removing the Neo program, I also needed to remove all associated folders and files which were associated with Neo, including my own photos which I'd previously edited with the program. After almost four months, I finally got back my working computer. Through the experience, I've learned that Skylum does not seem to have the resources to deal with the problem and, judging by the number of reviews similar to this, the problem still exists with some users.

I had an ussue with my software after a laptop crash. My noiseless and super sgarp was gone after the reload. I was helped within 5 minutes and I am vack to editing again. Great and efficient service that is so hard to come by these days. Special thanks to Tatiana who helped me. You rock.
