I love this software! The support staff is excellent as well.

I had a problem where many of my tools in Luminr Nero disappeared. My first request for help went unanswered for almost 7 weeks. Recently, my tools were returned even though, apparently, I wasn't supposed to have them in the first place. I was very pleased when the tools were returned for no charge.

I'm a wedding photographer and Skylum since day one has been my go to software it was like a photoshop for me back in the days since Aurora hdr.

I've used Skylum products for years. The company provides great customer support - very responsive to their customers' needs.

LExcellent product and love its usability but....
Skylum auto renewed my subscription for a further two years without any notice. The cost was £107.10, not too bad I thought until I saw that, currently, they are offering a perpetual licence for just £99 with a 10% discount on top.
Contacted Skylum and cutting a long story short they do not want to know, will not do anything to resolve my issue leaving me no option but to dispute the payment with my bank leaving me with no editting!
Customer service, in these instances, as evidenced by other similar posts, is appalling.
If you use Luminar NeoBEWARE the auto renew trap. Go to your account, cancel your subscription which leaves you free to use the software up until the renewal date then you are free to take advantage of any offers that they currently have.
Regarding the reply from Skylum, I did not receive advance notification of renewal rather, one minute after my subscription expired they emailed saying they had renewed. DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT IN THE SAME WAY. Great product, appalling practices and their attitude sucks.

My problem was solved within 2 minutes in a very good atmosphere. Friendly +instantly . No fuzz.

Sometimes when you buy software, mostly from the net, it appears that the functionalities did not meet you expectations or that it simply was not what you expected. Most of the time, when I want to use the "monye back guaranty", it's not applicable because you have already installed and used the program. It goes without saying that it is impossible to relate to a program before it is activated. With Luminar Neo (Skylum), I had paid and activated the program, but had to realiaze it was more than a mouthful to me. So I inquired and within a few hours received the confirmation, that my return was on it's way. Cheers to them!

I had a technical issue. It was resolved in less 2 hours .and informed the details in return mail .
By oversight or technical error payment deducted twice from my account 6 months back , I was unnoticed.
During the issue they checked my account and very honestly informed about that and taken action to reverse the excess payment.
On other hand ,software is excellent, even for the beginner like me , It is user friendly, now I am getting reasonably good results on editing like a professional.

Have used Lightroom for many years but the wholly subscription model and now somewhat outdated interface made me look for something else.
Browsed some reviews and Luminar Neo seemed worth checking out.
More intuitive than LR with some advanced and powerful tools that don't require hours of practice to master.
They offer a multi-device licence which means I can run Neo on my desktop, MS Surface and tablet if needed and the package offers excellent value.
Highly recommended!

It is so slow and laggy!! The end product quality is good but oh me, I’ve edited five photos and has taken me over an hour!!

I'm a new user looking for an alternative to Lightroom Classic and Photoshop for real estate listing photos. The HDR Merge does a great job, sometimes Photomatix does it better. HDR blending for real estate is hit or miss as it really depends on the available sunlight and other forms of ambient light. Luminar Neo is a great option for HDR blending.There's no one solution to editing images, so this software is a nice addition to my toolbox.

As an amateur photo enthusiast i think Luminar Neo is a fantastic software programme for photo editing. I use Luminar and its predecessors now for 3 years and I am very happy with the results, and with the fact that it gets continuously improved. It offers all necessary tools to improve your photos. The only point of improvement is the communication. It took Skylum several weeks to answer a user question from my side. The answer was spot-on though.
