I am not one to leave reviews at all but this one was too much to hold back! Worse agency ever! Treated us so poorly, did not fix issues that were reported before we left the property considering we were patient and understanding with the personal issues that went on with the Landlord. Then had the audacity to deduct from our deposit for a damage that we didn’t even cause because they did a poor job! Did not inform us that there was no CO2 alarm fitted or one that worked in the property before moving in. They came half way into our tenancy to fix or repair one in the property. We wanted to take this up through legal channels but we have decided to let karma take its course because we believe that what goes around comes around. They were not in anyway sympathetic. So many problems with the property including mould in cupboards and back doors which we reported but were given a spray to do it ourselves knowing that I have asthma and breathing difficulties (which worsened) while at the property by the way! Unsafe conditions including a cracked shower tray and stair rails etc. There was a guy they used to send to come over who was just rude and had an attitude and not professional! Turning up at the property without informing us. I will not be mentioning names but I’m sure they know who they are. The list goes on but the treatment we received from this agency was disgusting and no one deserves to be treated this way. Just glad we got out and never will or have to deal with them again! Living there did more harm to our physical and mental health. All they care about is your money but not providing satisfactory service to their clients. I can’t speak for the sales team as I’ve never worked with them but the lettings team are a big let down. They will soon get a taste of their own medicine. Please avoid them if you can!

Frankly speaking, it was so hectic looking for accommodation after several weeks searching all over. After finally coming into contact with Grace and her team at 55-57loughborough road, West Bridgeford I experienced a great and overwhelming reception. They’re very professional and highly friendly. They possess good communication skills and highly customer service. The place is highly hygienic and high standard of safety precautions.

A big thanks to Marc who helped me fix the leaking pipe today! He is really professional really helpful!

Slater and Brandley have delivered excellent customer care. We have been very happy with Jack who delivered good service. He was very helpful with prompt replies and great service. Alicia, our property manager, is also helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

From the offset Slater and Brandley impressed us (particularly Grace who dealt with us from the beginning) with their professionalism, knowledge and competence. Grace answered all our questions fully and allayed any worries we might have about renting our property. After the initial meeting everything progressed very smoothly and has continued to do so. what an awful company to deal with. Treated so badly. I've been left feeling so low and awful. Treated like dirt by these people, with no respect. I recommend that you don't deal with these people and I imagine living in one of the properties that they manage must be soul destroying. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Jack was professional, enthusiasm, patient and helpful. He is credit to the team. We have enjoyed a wonderful experience throughout the rental application process applied abroad. He offered excellent service and communication throughout the process, as we faced difficulties on some of the reference check processing with the Goodlord system as a non UK citizen. Now, everything go smooth, we are ready to move into the 1st home in UK. Highly appreciated for the assistance and Highly recommended to our letting negotiator, Jack Barnes.

Excellent service, and a very quick turnaround (within the week), Grace in particular has been a pleasure to deal with.

From the outside looking in, they appears as been very professional and got some good houses to rent out in their portfolio. But closely looking in from an experience point of view, based on dealing with them, they are very segregative, institutional racism and discrimination at play in the core of their business model. So if you are not English or don’t bears an English name or names, don’t bother with Slater and Brandley. They don’t rent to black, brown or coloured people, the only chance you get renting from them, if you are black, brown or a coloured person, it’s with their rubbish properties they have to discard off as rented property!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Barry for his professional manner again today when conducting my inspection.
