Excellent Customer Support

Extremely helpful staff when I reported an issue with the delivery company by e-mail, as rather than just replying to the mail, they actually rang me to speak to me about the problem.

Stock was short

Sadly you cancelled the last 2 items due to no stock. This was after 10 days of parcels and on my last call to you being told the last items had been despatched and we would have it all by the end of the week. Now need to return most of it

A retailer who sells quality products, makes the order easy to complete, and provides the reassuring facility to make alterations within the price, deserves a 5 star rating.
My suit fit great without alterations as it goes, and I was happy with every other aspect of Slaters online service. Thank you.

The trousers arrived too long and with…

The trousers arrived too long and with a broken button. When I went into the store they said they couldnt exchange it because it was a online only option. In the end I had to resort to tapering tape and a sewing kit. Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible
Ordered a suit of these lot and first thing first the suit came used so the event I had to wear the suit too I couldn’t even do that because off the poor quality used suit I got sent when I emailed the store I didn’t receive a response which then I had to travel 1 and half hour to the nearest branch in Leeds. They have some absolutely terrible customer service the manager there is absolutely useless he wanted to accuses me off wearing the suit when they failed on inspection and sent me a users suit and then wanted to tell me I wore it he was also very nasty and horrible to me and wasn’t professional at all I’m disappointed in them for treating their customer this way. They robbed me
Don’t shop here unless you want to be given used suits and false accusations against you

As I mentioned in response to your last review;

I have searched our systems and I can't see any records of phone calls or emails from you regarding the order. Generally, we respond to emails/call backs within 24-48 hours. If you could confirm how and when you tried to get in touch, I can certainly look into this further.

During the picking/dispatch process, the tag/barcode on the garment has to be scanned to ensure the item that has been picked, matches with the barcode of the item ordered. The suit was returned with no tags attached, and multiple, visible signs of wear.
