First class service each time I use their on line system

5 th suit purchased in less than 15 mth due to my parents losing 5 stone.. always had good service but today was exceptional with DEL at Leeds branch, knowledgable , outstanding service & help went the extra mile that we hadn’t had before after spending over £1200 here its first time we have had this & we felt compelled to leave a review as always quality suits , plenty of choice & a one stop shop for all a gentleman needs but DEL deserves recognition today x

I asked a question about a product size on the web page chat .This was answered quickly by a real person. So I placed an order for the item, which arrived the next day. Great service.

We took the opportunity to visit Slaters on a recent visit to Glasgow. The store is huge and the range of products was impressive. We received immediate and excellent attention from Andrew L and my husband had chosen his new suit in no time. Alterations to get the perfect fit are free and only take a couple of days.

Had the product I wanted at the cheapest price I could find. It was posted really quickly and I am especially glad I have been able to support Slaters, who I remember fitting me for a suit a decade ago in Glasgow. Cheers!

The suit is too small for my son and I need to return it

Looking for suits for a wedding.
Went to the shop in Bromley to look at the suits and try them on. The staff were very helpful.
They didn't have the one I wanted in my size, so I ordered 2 x suits and bow ties for home delivery. They arrived in 2 days.
The suits fitted off the peg, but we could have taken them to the shop for free alteration, which they said would take up to 3 weeks.
Overall, the service, quality and value was first class.

Good quality, price, and delivered as promised

When you go into slaters shop in Leeds the service is excellent, I got a Camicie lightweight bomber jacket large, colour light grey (about 3 weeks ago) excellent service. However having been very satisfied with the jacket, I thought I will buy the Navy blue one too! I phoned Slaters (20/5/26 @ around 4pm) Leeds to see if they had one, the lady that answered asked me my phone number, name etc, unfortunately she could hardly speak or understand me (I had to spell several words out) she said she would check and phone me back. I Never had a call. I phoned today around 11,48 spoke to Antoinette Leeds she said she would put me through to that department ! I waited for 12 minutes nothing so I gave up! Your telephone customer Service is appalling.
I thought it would be easy!! but not with your appalling telephone customer service. Terrible.

Easy ordering process. Cheap delivery charge (£1) without needing to sign up to rewards schemes or clubs or accounts. Well packaged shoes and a quick delivery time. The product itself was exactly what I was looking for - casual, but kind of smart, comfy, great size. Product well described on the website.

Very positive experience with slater menswear. The 2 suits I ordered were delivered in good condition and the returns process was very easy using QR codes and in post. The suits I found good quality for the very reasonable price. Have recommended to friends and family.
