To say that SLA the Label is my favorite brand would be an understatement!! The quality and look are better than many known designer brands, only you pay fraction of the price. I have ordered from here multiple times & each time the shipping is always fast, customer service is great, and most importantly, the outfits look STUNNING and even better in person!!! Every single item has truly blown my expectations! Favorite brand by far <3

Have a few pieces from the SLA range now and can honestly say I love every single thing. The quality is so so good and I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear anything from there. I wore the glitter suit to my Christmas party last night and felt so confident and great in it! ✨

Got my birthday dress from here last year and my dress for new years this year, can’t wait to wear. The best quality out there!

Paid £13 for guaranteed Saturday delivery, waited all day Friday for tracking information, it finally comes through just before 7pm but they have only printed the label and not actually shipped the order. Tracking shows my order will be delivered Monday???? How is that guaranteed Saturday delivery? shambles of a company. Shame because the clothes are very nice! I want a refund immediately.

My wife ordered 2 blazers but both arrived unwearable as very crushed due to packaging.
Have returned both sadly.
Have been told looking into changes in the packaging.
Not been refunded yet
She will definitely buy again in future when packaging sorted , as beautiful products .

I bought from them a BILLIE BLAZER DRESS, never again. They do not offer free returns, and I paid for my return and they still keep " with the order and the delivery fee , sadly this is non refundable as this is external with the courier". Be aware - I will not recommend to buy

No contact regarding returns and this is ongoing open issue.

Returned an item and it was delivered with photographic evidence by Royal Mail on Monday 27th. No contact with store despite me reaching out to them, yet they were quick to reply when I mistakenly thought that my parcel was missing. Luckily I paid with klarna so I know support will be given with the paper trail I’ve got. If you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return them, then go for it. If not, except to be kept in the dark.

Horrible service. THEY IGNORE YOU. LEAVE YOU ON SEEN. Payed 24£ to get my order earlier and still don't get my dress! Been waiting for 2 weeeks and nothing. Wanted to support Sarah as i've been following her for years, for this big occasion and it was the WORST decision ever. I wasted like 300£ and still dont get my dress. Never again.

I ordered the black blazer with sparkly cuffs, amazing quality. So beautiful. The thing is it is quite oversized. I knew that from the begining, and ordered a size down but is still quite big on me.
I usually wear L in blazers and coats so I ordered a M, still very big.
So i suggest sizing down 2 sizes if you are into oversized but not that oversized.
Everything else, perfection!

SLA is a game changer for me! The only luxury brand on the market doing what they’re doing, while staying at a price point that is attainable for the average consumer. i love my glitter suit because unlike other brands, this suit doesn’t shed the glitter because of its unique design. And the pants come long, which is incredible for tall consumers like myself, because I no longer have to worry about my pants coming up to my ankles. The design and affordability is here without comprising quality. My favorite brand hands down.
