Top quality bikinis

Top quality bikinis. But I want to give the best review for the amazing customer service! The customer service helped me choose the right size. They sent me a measurement chart via email and recommended a size based on my measurements. The customer service was very friendly and fast!

Customer Service is shocking!!!

I ordered a skirt for my birthday, which was too big, so I knew instantly I was going to send it back. £50 as well is quite steep for the type of skirt. The return process is confusing, so I reached out to customer service within my 21 day return period asking how I can return the item. Customer service responded, which got lost in my email, so I searched to see if they’d responded a few days later, and they had. I followed the processes to return on the portal and I had missed the return window by one day. The website states if you miss the return period, contact customer service for help. I contacted them and the lady patronisingly told me there’s nothing they can do as I missed it by one day. I’m not sure how one day is going to make a difference when I’d been trying to send the item back way before the cut off. The service is shocking and I won’t ever be giving money to the business again, because they clearly are not fussed about their customers!

We do offer measurements and also an interactive sizing tool on our website to help our customers try and make the best decision for sizing to hopefully try and avoid returns for this reason but we're sorry it wasn't quite right for you on this occasion. We can see you were communicating with our social media team on Instagram via DM, and having reviewed their responses, we can see that they apologised that you were late but as we note on our website, 21 days is our policy. We of course will always accept any returns within our given timeframes, but we couldn't on this occasion. We hope you may give us another try in future!

Customer and Senior Management are…

Customer and Senior Management are extremely poor and do not care about customer care. We gave them clear evidence a Garment was faulty. We sent this to them and they have denied any damaged when we have clear photo evidence. I am shocked by Sarahs behaviour and the unprofessinalism this company demonstrates as a new start up they have a lot to learn about customer service and how to deal with issues. Whilst the product is good my wife who is deaf is very offended by how they have treated her and I am too very dissapointed, This is is clearly damaged and have ignored this issue. Happy to exchange the dialogue so everyone can see how they deal with customers., regardless how they respond and not tell the full picture

Your reply is a complete Lie I have sent 5 images to show damage !!!!! I ACTUALLY CANT BELIEVE YOUR REPLY shame on your company

Hi Lee,

I hope you are well, and I’m sorry to hear you were upset with your recent experience. The blazer your wife purchased in May 2023, which she has worn twice as you noted in your email to us, is our Thea Blazer. The diamante cuffs which you felt were faulty are designed to have a raw cut edge. They do not have a straight hem to finish, which is a design choice made by our team. Sarah explained this in her correspondence, and followed up on this by asking you to send the blazer direct to our offices so we could check we were not missing any other faults that were not particular visible in the images you sent. Having received the blazer and thoroughly checking it over, there were no faults of note and again it was explained that the raw edge was by design and this was how it should be. You did correct us on any misunderstanding on what we were looking for, but the blazer was checked in its entirety just incase. We also sent multiple images of other Thea blazers we hold in our offices to show that each one is like this. The blazer was then returned to you after these checks.

Your wife had worn this twice since purchasing, and was then asking for a new size which is against our policy. Had the blazer have had a fault, then we of course would have assisted further and this is why we asked for it to be sent directly to us rather than to our warehouse team, as we wanted to make sure we weren’t missing anything. Had the design of the cuff edges not have been to your wife’s satisfaction, she of course could have returned this to us within the return window we offer.

We’re sorry we couldn’t help more on this occasion.

Customer service email is nonexistent

I ordered a few pieces and i wanted to keep some and return the rest because they’re way too big, however nobody is responding to my emails. I have tried using the online returns portal which keeps saying my order number is incorrect. It’s coming up to the 21 days returns period and I’m still waiting for an email response. It’s shocking that you actually have to pay for your refund. Not going to be ordering anything on this website ever again.

Having checked our Customer Services inbox today for your correspondence, we can see that you contacted us at 1:06pm and the team responded at 1:13pm, with our last email to you being at 1:22pm. This is well within our usual 48hr response time, and we have not received any other correspondence from you in the past.

We can see the team has explained to you that the returns portal is not working for you as your order was dispatched by our previous warehouse supplier, and provided you with all the details and new address to send your return off at your earliest convenience. We don't cover returns costs as we have explained on our website under the Returns information section, so this information is available to you prior to placing your order in case you find that the items are quite right.

We are really sorry you weren't happy with your experience on this occasion. If the team can help you any further with the returns process, please do contact them.

Glitter is getting everywhere

The sparkling glitter sets are so so beautiful! But the glitter is everywhere when you are using it. It is so annoying and i dont know What to do about it. It is really upsetting that u use so much Money, on something u cannot wear. I can’t sit on a chair without getting it everywhere. So therefore it’s only 2 stars. But i love the style! I have the bronze set.

We would expect a little bit of glitter shedding initially; however, we'd expect this to dissipate after a few wears.

We would recommend giving the item a shake (outdoors) to reduce this/loosen any glitter. Not many words: BUY on SLA 😍
