Ordered my dress over a week ago and still had no updates on delivery what so ever I need this dress for 2 days time! I was told that my order was due for dispatch yesterday and will be delivered either today or tomorrow and I still haven’t hear nothing. I’ve emailed again as I’m really wanting the dress but still waiting for a reply

Ordered my outfit on the 15th of february for a night out on the 19th got the faster delivery i paid £70 and still received no outfit, emailed the company and still not received anything back at all.

Ordered two different outfits which came separately. First one I tried on and put straight back in the packaging and sent it back. Three weeks later I received an email ACCUSING me of wearing the item, washing the item and it smelling off perfume and had the item sent back ! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING ! I had replied to the email several times and had no response since! .I never worn the item let alone washed it ! It smells brand new ! The company are thief’s they send products out without any tags and then try to accuse items being worn so they do not have to refund. I sent my second package back couple weeks ago and have had no response to. I’ve now involved trading standards so buyers be aware ! LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE GETS THE SAME RESPONSE ! Accused of wearing the items ! SLEEKONE YOUR IN FOR A BIG SHOCK I will not end this until I’m given my refund. SLEEKONE could you please explain to the public why you accuse EVERY customer of wearing the items they’ve purchased from your company ? And refuse a refund ? Bit coincidental wouldn’t you say looking at all the reviews !!!! Could you also explain why as a fashion retailer you do not put tags on your clothing ??? Is that so you can accuse every customer of wearing the item and refusing them a refund ? Again sounds coincidental? A SCAM to rip people off ! Lastly why are your products made so poorly and out of thin cheap material, not true to size and then over-ally priced !! Trading standards are going to be in contact !!!!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter but it was too big. I emailed them to ask if they done had a smaller size. They didnt. The dress had an uneven hem and looked nothing like the picture however was too big. I returned it in the packaging with labels. I received an email saying they could not refund this as it was worn, scented and washed! (It appears they have used the same excuse to another customer!!) I genuinely thought at first they had mixed up my return. The dress was never worn due to the inaccurate sizing it was at least two sizes too big!! It was not washed, tell me how you wash a sequin dress??? I have emailed twice and tried to get a contact number to speak to someone direct. I have informed them I will be reporting them to the ombudsman…and I will. I am disgusted with the false accusations they made. I have pictures of the dress I returned, they say they have sent the dress back to me as they cannot resell it, so I am waiting to see what they return to me. Under no circumstances order anything from this company my experience is they are complete frauds! I would have given zero stars but it did not seem to be an option. I note the previous reviewer has been given the exact same excuse!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

They will lie against you so you don’t receive your refund!!

I ordered a dress for my birthday and the dress looked nothing like the picture, the material was so cheap and the sizing was completely off. I did not wear the dress for my birthday so I decided to return it. I received an email today saying that I will not be receiving a refund because the item had been worn, scented and washed. I was completely mortified as I returned the item in the same condition I received it with the tag on and the protective strip on the inserted pants! How could it have been worn and washed?!!! They have bare faced lied to not give me a refund. THIEVES! Please avoid, they’re not worth the hassle! You won’t get your money back from these thieves!

Hi, I ordered a dress on 29 October, hoping it will be here soon as my party is coming up. It's now over 7 days that was promised and the tracking info was last updated on the 5th November that is still in UK. Please help I need this before my birthday party in 5 days.

I ordered my dress over a month ago and just got an email stating that it was delayed. I checked and it’s just leaving the UK. Website said 7-10 days, going on almost 2 months and nothing!

Not true to size and doesn’t look like the image. Not too sure where straps are supposed to go and almost positive I’m missing a piece as well as many broken or unattached diamonds very disappointed, as this was supposed to be my birthday dress.

Shipping was soooo fast, dress came and it look exactly like the pictures.. will buy from here again.

Dress came in decent time. When having an issue I got a response from their customer services within the 24 hours, as well as a check in after issue was solved. Dress came just a seen. Loved everything about my purchase!

I paid for express shipping and my dress came within 4-5 days! Customer support got back to me in a timely manner and the dress looks really good. They even wrote me a little note which was nice

Did not Get My order om time at all. Its been 10 days and im supposed to get it 1-3 days. Hpoefully the customer service is helpful, if not I would give it a 0.

I bought the diamanté dress and literally it’s the most perfect dress ever. I was kind of nervous when buying it because it is kind of pricy and I have never bought anything from here before. But I messaged sleekone and they replied back immediately. I asked if it would be sent out in time and I live in the US. It got here in 5 days! The customer service is amazing and they even wrote me a little note saying happy birthday because the dress is for my birthday. I will be buying again from them soon and recommend the dress because it is such good quality and worth the price!
