A great mask solution
I was searching for a replacement full-face mask, after trying several different styles and brands that did not work well. SleepDirect had a great special price on the ResMed UltraMirage, so I was able to also get a replacement cushion. The staff was great and my order shipped next day. Very impressive!

Honestly I never cleaned my parts…
Honestly I never cleaned my parts everyday like recommended so having the Soclean has been a blessing. I can tell the difference of being cleaned daily vs not. The only thing that I do not like is that the adapter hose is made of rubber and I can't stand the smell. But oh well... I'll rather deal with the rubbery smell vs not being cleaned. I definitely highly recommend. And the greatest part is you can use your FSA/HSA account. 😃

Hello - Marc. I looked into this and see that we handed off your package to the US Postal Service on 2/12 (a day after you placed the order). The package was delivered on 2/23. Clearly, the postal service struggled to get that to you in a timely fashion. I suspect the nationwide severe weather around that time had an impact on USPS's ability to move packages across the country. I am very sorry for this delay, and if we could have done any more about it, we would have.

We very recently moved and when I put the shipping address on my order I unknowingly made a mistake. When I looked at my email I saw the mistake and called to try to get it changed before it actually shipped. The lady I talked to was so nice but said she wasn't sure she could get it changed. About an hour later I received another email with the correct address! Love this company and just put in another order.
