Ordered a Duvet Set and on 28th November 2025, the Royal Mail tracker said "sender Has Dispatched Item". 12 days later it still says the same. Sent an enquiry via the website on 5th December 2025 and of course no reply. If anyone else is still waiting for goods or a refund and would like to join me in a class action to get a Winding Up order to close this company down, leave a comment and how much you're owed.

Bought a double duvet set from Amazon After one wash the pillowcase came unstitched. The material was very thin and poor quality. Emailed them 5/times for a refund Completely ignored my emails. Rubbish company rubbish products and rubbish customer service. Amazon should ban them from their platform CO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a kingsize duvet cover & 2 pillows, when I first put them on the bed from the packaging it fitted perfectly, however after the first wash (I followed washing instructions) I could tell that the material felt completely different, a lot thinner, not thinking too much of this I put it back on my bedding but it didn't fit at all well. On checking the cover is now approx 18 inches bigger than my duvet! It's impossible to sleep in, as you get tangled up in all the loose cover. I've never experienced this before with any bedding, it's awful.

The curtains I received were poorly made, very thin and felt rubbish. I returned them in November and should have received a refund early December but still haven't received it and no correspondence to explain why!!

Jersey fitted sheet, purchased via Amazon. Arrived on time but on opening had a hole in the middle and this is supposed to be brand new! Returned and Amazon refunded. Back to M & S I go!

Tbh 1 star is optimistic they're not even worth that .
I bought a pair of jeans from them on amazon in March 24 , I returned them within days due to legs being too tight .A few days later I recieved a email to say my refund had been issued , this was 6th April it's now 15th and it has still not arrived I even contacted my bank to check and they agreed there is no refund .
The customer service from this company is horrendous all they say is keep checking , I'm guessing they don't send refunds because they know amazon will refund customers which I also don't think is fair on amazon .
Do not buy off these , they also sell stuff at other stores asda ,matalan etc

Husband got me pyjamas for xmas & they were ripped ! Ordered from Anazon asked for refund and & was declined

Purchased a duvet set through their Amazon store as a Christmas gift. Arrived with the colour smeared all over the sheets, defective print and missing buttons. Asked for an exchange or refund to which they offered 10% back- that equates to £2.10. What good will that do in this day and age? Dreadful, uncaring customer service and sub-par products; Do not waste your hard earned money!

Shocking company. I ordered two Christmas bedding sets from Amazon's recommendations. I received the parcel not sealed with one of the bedding sets missing. I contacted the seller on the 29th of November informing them of the missing item. I received a reply on the 1st of December asking for an image of the missing item. Conveniently their messaging system will not allow the file upload. I again replied stating the file can not be uploaded. I received a message back on the 3rd of December asking if I would like a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement option. Today the 4th of December I received another message asking for me to send images of missing items again. The item was inexpensive but it's beside the point. I will not be ordering from this company again

Do not buy from this company. I received a pair of very, very poor quality curtains.

I've emailed them on the 9th July, 12th July and sent a Facebook message. Every one of them has been ignored.

I will reporting this to trading standards.

No matter how cheap their goods are, they are of awful quality and it looks as if they've now stolen my money.

Total rip off merchants who should be banned from trading.

Reviewing here as couldn’t review on George.com due to it not being bought on my account.

My daughter bought herself a new bedding set (black paisley) from George.com knowing that George bedding is usually really good quality. When it arrived I could instantly see that the quality was poor. The material was thin and instead of being black it was almost brown as if it was sun-faded. I would’ve sent it back but being an impatient teenager she insisted on washing it and putting it on her bed right away. Needless to say she was very disappointed with it and it’s now in the bin. It had a high polyester content so bobbled after one wash, the seams were coming apart, the colour was off and the material was thin and really cheap looking.
This company are really letting Asda/George down as Asda bedding is normally excellent - I have several sets that I have had for a few years and are still in great condition after all the washes. George have a lot of sets made by Sleepdown on their website and the reviews are all terrible but George don’t seem to be taking this on board.

Ordered 3 flat sheet’s exactly the same to match. 2 of them are lovely but 1 is so inferior, totally different, rough, hard, crispy and scratchy!
Customer service was awful and not helpful thankfully Amazon was.

Just opened a new duvet set(largefloral blush pink) looks beautiful on the package but the quality is very sub standard, flimsy and one of the pillowcases wasn't even stitched at the end, won't be using Sleepdown again

Bought a bedding set via asda but made by sleepdown. The quality is HORRIFIC. They have the nerve to say on their packaging that the bedding is “made in green” meaning it’s complying to some kind of standards which is disgusting considering it’s made in poor working conditions with very little pay to the workers!

The duvet set I ordered through amazon was of incredibly poor quality and the Pillowcases fell apart after the first wash. I tried contacting their customer service but was totally ignored despite numerous attempts. This company is a rouge trader and everyone should avoid using this company at all cost.

The easy care non-iron type i bought actually get wrinkled a lot and cant do without ironinh

impossible to even get a response order paid and delivery advised for the 7.12 2022 three weeks and no goods or response to requests as to when we can expect delivery .very poor service never again

Sleepdown geo jacquard duvet cover looks really lovely yet to sleep on it but it looks expensive

This is a lovely throw, bought as a gift as I had already bought one for myself. Lovely and soft and a very nice colour. Perfect size .

Service was good but the product is poor. 3 of the pom poms came off within a week - a shame as my daughter loves it.
