As described, no issues.

Ordered a Bamboo mattress via Groupon as the offer was so good. After I had placed the order I read the reviews on here and was very concerned to the point I attempted to cancel but it was too late and had to continue with the order. The mattress arrived this morning in perfect condition. The packaging was all clean and intact and on opening it up the mattress is in perfect condition, clean and brand new. It was rolled up and vacuumed packed and expanded fine on opening. Really pleased with the purchase so far.

TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCTS!!

Like many reviewers of this company, I would score them zero if I could!!
Ordered the Regale 3000 pocket sprung orthopaedic mattress via Groupon on 02/09/20. I loved the description of the item, and for that price!! I should have known better!! The item was delivered 5 days later vacuum packed, dirty and rolled up!!!? As the description said the mattress is 26cm deep, I was very surprised to see it packaged like that; it was about 5cm deep and rolled like a memory foam mattress. Even the courier said that he thought they’d given him the wrong item at the warehouse as it could only be a mattress topper as it was so thin!! The quality was so obviously terrible and unlike my previous Groupon mattress purchased 4 years ago, not delivered as a flat piece. I refused the delivery and spent the next week dealing with Groupon to get a refund. After offering credit to the value of the mattress (which I refused!!) they have agreed a full refund. DON’T GET SUCKED IN BY THESE DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Warning, Fake goods

Warning, Fake goods!
Please,please, please, don’t buy mattresses from SleepSoftly on Groupon! Buy nothing from them!

Particularly, Regale 3000 Pocket Mattress reduced from
£899.99 to £220( double option) which is still on sale.
I was attracted by reduction and quality of “the Orthopaedic mattress with a high count of spring pockets and high-density memory foam layer” etc.
A description and pictures were wonderful.
Bought it on 7 August for our new bed . Received absolutely different to photos and description on Groupon site cheap looking mattress.
Synthetic cover instead of damask , no foam layer , no air vents , depth. 20cm instead of 26cm etc.
I have been corresponding with Groupon customer service ,regarding a refund without much success.
As previous reviewers mentioned , Sleep Softly customer service wasn’t supportive and said that it is Groupon’s responsibilities to sort out the mess with a mattress.

According Citizen Advice Consumer Helpline UK,
goods which don’t match written description or photos classified as fake and consumers have right to a full refund under the Consumer Act 2015.
My huge mistake was that I haven’t checked reviews on
Trustpilot about SleepSoftly before buying the mattress from Groupon.
The reason was because I used to buy mattresses from Groupon( not from Sleepsoftly) before and they were good quality.
I trusted Groupon but no longer.
According unhappy customers on TrustPilot, SleepSoftly continue selling their poor quality mattresses on Groupon since 2018 and Groupon is not removing SleepSoftly from its list of sellers.
Also Groupon is not allowed to write customer reviews about SleepSoftly mattresses. This is why customers carry on buying them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just been on the phone to this company as i have ordered a bunk bed and had no fixings with it, they have sent me multiple sets which have been wrong everytime even tho i have sent the parts list across to them, promising me they are sorting it for 3 months now. The manager has just hung the phone up on us when we are just trying to resolve the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Broken promises and lies

Well where do I start, if there was an option to give no stars I would. The service received at first seemed brilliant but now I am utterly disgraced and saddened by the way we have been treated. First our bed arrived with a box missing, after a quick call another was sent out and arrived 2 weeks later. Once attempting to assemble the bed we realised that the fixing kit was missing. Another quick phonecall and one was sent out, nearly 3 weeks later it arrrived...but was the wrong one. Another phonecall and an email later and a new one was sent. We sent the bed company a picture of the fittings to ensure we received the right one and after lots of promises and appologies the new one arrived several weeks later...yet again it was the wrong one despite being told the warehouse had used the picture id sent to gether the fittings, which clearly they did not. Once again sleep softly were contacted lots of promises later of new parts arriving in a few days were made and I am utterly disgusted to say that they did not arrive at all. To say we were fuming is an understatment.

Once again I called, again there were promises and appologies. I was asked to send the fixings list again of which I reminded them that they already had it on email. Again they told me that they would personally go and hand pick the parts and would send it out special delivery. It arrived special delivery today, and suprise suprise it was the wrong bed parts AGAIN.

3 months wait for 3 sets of wrong bed parts. The same set of wrong bed parts sent 3 times despite having used the list twice apparently. An utter joke. Nothing but broken promises and lies. Sleep softly should be ashamed of themselves.

Very Bad Service.

So today is the 4th time in 4 weeks that our mattress has been "Out for delivery" we recieve a tracking alert and a time slot but the mattress never arrives. Very poor service from Sleepsoftly. I would not recommend them at all, all they have done is lie about the whereabouts of the mattress. I dont believe it even exists, the good reviews on here are most deffinatley fabricated.

I purchased a garden furniture set from Sleep softly

I purchased a garden furniture set from Sleep softly, during the assembly I found that one of the glass table tops was the wrong size. I contacted Sleep softly and received an immediate reply. The service I received was absolutely excellent, they dispatched the replacement glass straight away on first class delivery. I would highly recommend Sleep softly to anyone as the after sales service I received was second to none.

Awful company Awful products

Awful company. Selling mattresses on groupon with photos of completely a different mattress And comfort levels that are on par with sleeping in a cardboard box under a bridge. They tell you on the phone the zip is supposed to be broken(convenient so you cant check inside) They also try to tell you its th same mattress with different patterns.

Ordered a 4ft Victoria bed with…

Ordered a 4ft Victoria bed with Mattress.
Delivery was arranged I took the day off work,
No delivery was made.
I rang to find out when was it going to be delivered. I was told the delivery team will call me to arrange another time.
No... The bed turned up two days later with no mattress and the wrong size bed was sent.
I rang again, I had to take photos and email the to the Customer support team.
They then arranged delivery of another bed with mattress and for the 4’6 bed to be picked up.
Again no communication of when it was coming. It eventually came and other bed frame was collected. Great.
It wasn’t great at all, the bed frame was battered, dents and chips on the paintwork of the headboard, a supporting leg bracket was bent, One if the bed knobs broken and a screw missing. Again I had to email them photos for a replacement.
The Headboard replacement came and low and behold it was a 4”6 headboard.
I gave up, the communication and organisation it appalling. I will never be ordering anything from this company again.

great service and product

After seeing all the reviews I regretted buying a sofa bed from these via groupon and I was expecting it to not show. But they were absolutely excellent they sent me texts and emails and there’s even a app to download to keep track of it. Mine was delayed but I think it was with it being the weekend, other than that everything was spot on and I got a absolute BARGIN and had great customer service provide from these and groupon. The only thing I would say is that there is no phone number to contact anyone if there was a issue so this could be improved otherwise brilliant and I would shop here again

Bought the Sydney Plush bed and…

Bought the Sydney Plush bed and Kensington 4000 silver mattress via Groupon. I rang Sleep Softly direct to ask some general questions and they were so lovely and helpful. The bed and the mattress are both fantastic and I had no issues with delivery either. Very happy 😁

Can't complain at all

Can't complain at all. I ordered the Montpellier daybed with trundle via groupon. Ordered on the Friday dispatched on the Monday. Bed arrived well packaged and in good condition. I had no problems using this company. I always use a credit card when purchasing items over £100 so that you are covered if anything does go wrong, however got to say my experience was great. The bed is decent for the price as well considering it is so cheap. Screwed together well and feels quite sturdy. It certainly looks the part whether it will stand the test of time is another question.
I'm a firm believer you pay for what you get and as its gone in the spare room I'm hoping it will last a little longer but am under no illusions that 2 beds for £119 are not going to be the upmost quality but its perfect for what I need. There's a real mix of reviews about this company but due to the prices they offer I'd take my chances definitely would have no worries buying from them again.

I ordered a sofa from Sleep Softly…

I ordered a sofa from Sleep Softly using a Groupon deal and it was delivered exactly as ordered within three working days and in the time slot they planned. I was sent two sms updates about the parcel which was reassuring. So far it seems like a very good sofa for the price so I am extremely happy. I was nervous reading these reviews after I had already made the order, but because it went so smoothly I thought I should put my experience out there!

Well I was very very nervous after reading the reviews . But I have had the best experience . I was able to call them to check on delivery And they were extremely helpful . Bed delivered when said . So far very happy . Yet to open the boxes for the bed but most of the reviews on here are for bed not arriving etc ! I had a great experience

Absolutely terrible service! We ordered some garden furniture on groupon almost 2 weeks ago. We were told that the rest of the delivery "would definitely arrive today" to find out it's not going to happen. We have requested a refund instead... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a Montpellier bed frame and trundle from them via Groupon. Safe to say this experience has been a comedy of errors, to put it nicely.

Firstly, the shipping company they used, XDP, failed to deliver two days in a row, and finally delivered on the third day, but with no notice as to why there was the delay. (I have already reviewed XDP concerning this)
When the delivery was finally made, only half of the order actually showed up, the bed frame, but not the trundle. Which I had paid for.
The box was badly damaged, and while I can't say specifically whether it was the shipping company or the supplier who left it in such condition, I can assume from other reviews here it was more likely the supplier.

To add insult to injury on the fact only half of the order showed up, it wasn't even the bed frame we ordered. Instead of a Montpellier frame, it was instead a Paris frame. Said as much on the box and on the tracking. This "not the frame I ordered" frame was covered in dents and dirty marks, which is indeed SleepSoftly's fault.

So, a tl;dr would be:
Item arrived late, was in a badly damaged box, wasn't the item ordered to begin with, only half the order actually arrived, and the half that did arrive was dirty and damaged.

Tried contacting them via email to receive a refund and to return the damaged, wrong frame, but with no response.

I ordered my garden furniture on Monday it was delivered as promised 2 days later. I was very sceptical after reading the awful reviews and worried i was in for a fight to get it.... but no it was delivered extremely fast so i cant fault this company. Big thumbs up 👍

Doesn’t even deserve one star

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I don’t understand how they are still even in business
We had a deal from groupon that was meant to be fulfilled by this shower of cowboys.
We were originally told our item had been shipped only to have to make numerous phone calls to discover this was a lie. We were lied to both by groupon and sleep softly and were promised another delivery date. Lie number 2. This delivery also failed to materialise. More chasing phone calls and told now a problem with the item and they would know more in a few days. Chased again for updates. Still no answers. Finally (3 weeks after expected delivery) get a call to say our item is no longer available and we can either have a refund or a totally different set of furniture. We had no furniture in our garden as we disposed of our previous furniture when we were told or new set was on the way so were reluctant to start the order process again with someone else (big mistake) so we accepted the alternative furniture. New delivery date arranged. New delivery date missed. Promised another delivery date. Another call from them to say they have no longer got the item they offered us a replacement. We can have the item in a totally different colour or a refund. I have to say at this point I lost the plot. Each time you speak to these people they lie to get you off the phone. They don’t care. Have no idea about customer service.
Please stop using this company as it will only give you stress and disappointment. We are reporting them to trading standards for selling items they don’t have and have no control over the supply chain for.

Avoid this company!

AVOID! I bought garden furniture via groupon. After it wasn’t delivered I tried to chase it up and groupon had no idea where the furniture was. They gave me a phone number to contact the merchant on.. no one answers the phone. Eventually I managed to get through, on the 5th attempt. The sales assistant made me aware they were out of stock of the items I’d ordered... I’d have to wait another 2-3weeks just to get an idea on delivery times. Unless you want to wait months for your products to arrive.. if they even arrive at all, I would advise to avoid this company at all costs.
