Terrible idea of service
Terrible idea of service, but could accept if they then did what they said they would.
A blunt text advising 1.5 days notice for delivery that can't be changed. On the day the same text advising of delivery in another 5 days. No apology, nothing. Now I find they are not answering their phones.......

Groupon/sleepsoftly disgrace DO NOT ORDER FROM SLEEP SOFTLY - 40 days and still fobbing me off. Groupon automated messages or ‘customer sevices’ Useless. “Just give us 7 days mam” to resolve this!!!! Joke . Will get my money back by whatever means and will be involving trading standards also.

ordered a rattan cannes 8 piece garden dining set on 15th April, now we are on 2nd May, this has still not been shipped and both Groupon and Sleep softly are both being pig ignorant and blatantly lying about where the order actually is, and are 100% point blank refusing to refund the money. Unacceptable customer service on both parts, I would not recommend anybody to use Groupon or Sleep Softly! PERIOD!
Also Trading Standards are now involved.
Shocking customer service
Ordered a sofa, was given a delivery date. It didn't arrive.
Given another delivery date. It didn't arrive.
Chased them up on it and their response was "yeah, looks like it's been lost." Which seems an under-reaction to losing a £200 sofa.
I pressed them further and eventually was told that it was out of stock in all colours. No apology, no alternatives offered and no explanation as to why they took my money in the first place and didn't bother to get in touch to tell me that they couldn't fulfil it. I took two days off work to wait for it and this was completely unnecessary as it was never going to arrive anyway.
Really wouldn't use this company ever again. Completely useless and more stress than it's worth.
Missing bed leg
Purchased a bed. Bed led missing was on arrival. Told to take a photo to prove the bed leg was missing. 3 months on, still waiting for the bed leg. Recently had to issue court proceedings to get my money back as emails are ignored.
Update: now being told to speak with someone else. What a joke.
Poor service didn’t deliver
Ordered a bed frame took my money quick enough. I Called to confirm delivery date 2 days after order and they could not find my order on system, eventually found out there is some disconnect between website orders and whatever the support staff are looking at! What is the point of that!
After 3 emails got one back saying delivery would go ahead on time. Day before delivery and 5 days after the order was placed got another email that item was out of stock and they couldn’t deliver. Absolutely shocking service avoid!

when the mattress [listed at £900] arrived it was in a filthy plastic wrap.
the only label on the mattress was the obligatory fire resistant label, no branding label and no label to indicate which mattress from the range it was, and nor was there a delivery invoice.
you wont have a clue what mattress you have received.
after badgering c/service for over a month [they wont talk over the phone, everything has to be put in writing], i finally got a reply to my email, and suffice to say they wernt interested/bothered.
c/service is a joke.
