Good customer service
Good customer service. My order of fabric samples didn't arrive so I phoned and was assured they would be sent immediately. As promised they arrived next day. Ordering my headboard was straightforward and messages were received every step of the way until delivery.

Affordable quality and excellent service
I literally spent months looking for the perfect bed within budget! Ash sent out endless swatches and also gave me a fantastic deal to get my dream bed and a decent mattress within budget!
The bed arrived within timescales, excellent communication throughout. Delivery included assembly and I honestly cannot fault anything.
I was a bit worried buying a mattress without trying it but I can honestly say the quality is excellent and although it's early days it feels amazing and looks high quality.
Would definitely recommend and buy from you again.

Delighted with my purchase
I purchased a 90 x 90 footstool and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The footstool is in fuchsia pink and looks amazing in my living room. It is strong and well made. Communication was fantastic and I was kept up to date with delivery at every stage. Delivery was very quick and I knew exactly when it was arriving which was really helpful. Highly recommended!

utter rubbish product
A very poor product ( headboard) from several points of view.
The holes drilled into the headboard to fix the legs were out of position, so it could not be fitted to the divan. This meant that the headboard had to be returned at considerable inconvenience ( because it wasn't collected for ages).
But worse than this, the legs are made from the cheapest, weakest wood available and split and snapped as soon as they were fixed to the divan! Also the screw heads are so small that they would never hold the leg in position properly anyway. The screw heads supplied could easily be larger at no extra cost and this would make for a much more secure fixing.
Basically the quality of the materials and the design are utter rubbish. This isnt the cheapest product on the market either, so ought to have been better. I wont be buying from Sleepstyle ever again.

The initial headboard you received had the pre drilled holes (the boards are supplied to us pre drilled from our board supplier) slightly off the mark therefore we apologised and offered to replace the faulty headboard immediately.
Our collections are carried out by parcel force and although your collection was booked in, the initial collection failed even though parcel force tracking stated they had attempted to collection.
We then booked a collection for a date that was suitable for you which was successful.
Regarding the quality issues you are referring to:
1. The wooden struts are purchased in and if you received a pair that were faulty, all you had to do was contact us and we would have happily sent another pair out to you.
2. The screws you have received are industry standard screws. In 6 years of business, not once have we had a customer critique or provide any negative feedback on the screws. Perhaps using a screwdriver with a larger head would have been more useful.
3. Minus the screws and headboard struts, it looks like the main headboard is fine however we won’t hold our breath on it.

Another perfect purchase
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Sleepstyle, and the second time I’ve received an excellent product and service. My requested fabric samples arrived within 2 days, and the beautiful finished ottoman arrived securely packaged less than 2 weeks later. I find it hard to source ottomans that are slightly higher so it’s great that Sleepstyle make one that fits the bill with a height of 40cm, and the swift communication and help from Ashley is always second to none. A high quality hand made item, fast delivery time and superb customer service - why can’t all companies achieve the same?! Thank you Sleepstyle!

In regards to the fixings (headboard bolts) that were not supplied, we do not supply these with our floor standing headboards unless requested by a customer. It’s standard industry practice for the headboard bolts to be supplied with a divan base from the supplier therefore we do not include the headboard bolts.
