Apologies for not responding to your email, I’ve checked our emails and the reason we didn’t reply back to your email was because it ended up in our spam folder.
In regards to your feedback from your email, we’re delighted to hear you are happy with both of your beds you have purchased from us.
The mattress you have received was free of charge as we had an offer on one of the beds you had purchased where you receive a free pocket spring mattress. This mattress is classed a medium firmness and I’m sorry to hear you have found it firm.
Unfortunately as the mattress was provided free of charge and as you have slept on the free mattress, we are unable to exchange the mattress. We do state in our terms and conditions on our website that due to hygiene reasons, once a mattress has been opened and slept we are unable to accept a return and as the mattress was given free of charge, we wouldn’t be able to exchange an item that has been given free of charge.
Great service & price, fab footstool
Ordered a sample of material via Etsy. Then went onto sleepstyles own website to see all items. Ordered a 120cmm square footstool which arrived within 3 weeks, direct from the company. Really pleased with service, product and price. Have been looking for a large material coffee table for months and this fits the living room perfectly.

I was dubious as they were quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere but the quality is great, love my headboard and have even ordered another! Not the fastest delivery but items are custom made so take time and delivery is free so I’m sure if you need in a rush you could speak to them and pay to get it faster. Customer services have been Amazing. Totally recommend.

Brilliant service. I had a query about my product and the person I spoke to was very helpful. I ordered a 70 x 70 footstool in teal green with mahogany legs with gold tip - it’s beautiful! I would definitely buy from Sleepstyle again. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality
I ordered a footstool from Sleepstyle and could not be happier with it. The quality is excellent. I received fast delivery and the product was packaged very securely. I was unsure on which colour to choose and the customer service team were so helpful on the live chat. Would 100% recommend.
