Like others, wish I’d seen these reviews ordering. Also like others, tried to cancel immediately as I was shocked at the high delivery charge and protection cost. I was told they prepared the items for dispatch immediately so couldn’t cancel the order. They have offered a longer return period and guarantee but I have replied to say that’s no use, I want a refund of the high delivery charges. It’s now over 2 weeks since I ordered oh and I received an email last Saturday, 10 days after placing the order to say it had been dispatched!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate. There are other cheaper alternatives with much better customer service.

Same scammers that were selling drones, same advertising gimmick, keep away please..... There laughing all the to the bank

Terrible. Was promised a 45 day return window. Had an erroneous duplicate order that was never opened and they are now not honoring the return promise. Buyer beware.

Horrible! Doesn’t fit unless you just happen to have the jaw size it was specifically designed for! Total rip off! Return policy? Total joke. Save yourself frustration buy something else!

You know that You’re selling a device that has health safety laws, and still offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee but refuses to do so.
I finally got someone on phone who mentioned assisting me but within a couple of minutes, phone call ends. I kept calling back but no answer

This company is disreputable. I cancelled my order six minutes after placing it. Nevertheless, the product was shipped with the instruction that I could return it after delivery (within 30 days). After delivery, I was then informed that a return was not possible for hygiene reasons. Simply put, this is fraudulent behavior.

What is meant by “100% satisfaction guarantee” if you do not stand behind your products and offer a refund if they do not work? Hurt my jaw so badly I feared permanent damage if I kept using it. Company said they will not refund. So what is the guarantee??

I haven't even received the product and So far seems like a scam. They don't let you cancel your order even after contacting them IMMEDIATELY after purchasing. I went to purchase the snoring mouthpiece, but during checkout kept getting messages buy extra units and accessories for cheap. I added the items thinking I could delete them before checkout. Nope. There is no review of the order before checkout, you are forced to buy whatever you added. I thought "ok no problem, i will just cancel the whole order immediately". Nope. called customer support line and gave the rep my order number. She said they could cancel the order no problem. I was skeptical so I sent an email to support as well. I got an email reply stating they could not cancel the order because it was already getting packed for shipping. Really? ten minutes after ordering I can't cancel the order?! I used PayPal so I decided to file a claim with them. It came in as 3 separate charges and PayPal immediately refunded 2 of them. The third charge is still being reviewed, but the retailer (Commerce Core UAB) stated I could return the product once it was been delivered to me. I was skeptical so I sent them a message via PayPal to tell me in writing that I could return the product to them if it was unopened. They have yet to respond to that. I would not buy from SleepZee. Go buy one at a pharmacy or store. Even if the product works, the whole idea seems like it would cause your jaw to be disformed after continuous use. I would even be skeptical to buy any product like this at a store. Definitely talk to your doctor first and definitely don't buy SleepZee. Worst customer service ever. It is meant to trick you into buying more and they do not let you cancel the order.

My experience with this company was terrible. I thought I had ordered one of their products but got charged for three. When I immediately tried to cancel the order I was put on hold for several minutes then they hung up on me. I emailed them and was told they had already submitted the order and it could not be canceled, but I could return the products after receiving them. All of it was lies.

This is a fraudulent company. I barely got the product, they tried not to deliver the product. After several emails, they decided to deliver the order. The return page has dead links, meaning everything is set up illegally and the return cannot be made. The products are not adequately packaged and are contaminated during transport - these are products that go directly into the mouth. Avoid buying in bulk, a very negative experience. I am preparing all the written documentation (of which there is quite a lot) for reporting the fraud.

I bought sleepzee by mistake. I sent an email to customer service right away. I received an email AI generated saying that due to hygiene concerns they could not accept my return request.

I insisted that the goods had not yet been shipped and I received an email (this time by a human, I think) saying that since it the order had already been placed, once more due to hygiene concerns, they could not refund me.

After reading a few of the reviews, i was sceptical of purchasing this product - but i decided to give it a try.
I have been using the mouthpiece for over a month now and my snoring has been nearly eliminated - they are comfortable to wear and my wife is very pleased on how well my snoring has vanished - highly recommend - if you want uncomfortable, try wearing a sleep apnea mask all night

Purchased product to try. It was cumbersome, uncomfortable and caused more issues than it solved like increasing saliva production and stuck to teeth. The site says “100% satisfaction guaranteed” all over it. And “30 day money back guarantee”. When I attempted to return it I was told, like many on here, that used products can’t be returned. When I questioned how they back their “satisfaction guaranteed” message I was told my “satisfaction is important” but they have a “strict hygiene policy”. I do not fault them for the hygiene policy. But then you don’t have a guarantee and you should not market it as such.

Bought two mouthpieces, they arrived quickly. However they are so large and hard that they were totally unusable, gagged trying to wear them, no way would I have been able to wear it to sleep in. Email company but got the can’t accept returns due to hygiene reasons, yet they “advertise 100% satisfaction” and “full refund in 30 days”. The product was not fit for purpose and a company cannot claim no refunds on an item when the item just had to be opened and used. Anyway escalated my issues with PayPal, provided all the emails and website guarantee information and they ruled in my favour thank goodness, Received a full refund from them the next day. Well done to PayPal. My recommendation is don’t buy from this or similar company’s.

Like all the other reviewers, I tried to return my purchase and was told about "no returns due to hygiene issues". I also thought I ordered one for $25, and was charged for two at $85! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I tried to return the anti snoring mouth guard product with the 30-day satisfaction guarantee as advertised on their website. Customer service repeatedly said they don’t accept returns on this product due to “hygiene related concerns” even though it’s blatantly advertised that they will give full refunds if you’re not satisfied. I had to file a claim with PayPal and eventually got a full refund after shipping the item back (and paying for shipping). It was a headache, never again.

Total ripoff should have seen this site before purchase. As others have said this is a scam need an mouth like a horse for it to fit anywhere near comfortable. Got the same hygiene crap when ask to refund at least one item not even opened and as packed as they sent it. They won't publish bad reviews on their sites and I think the good one are not legit.

I sure wish I had read these trustpilot reviews before I ordered it. The website 5 star reviews is all they show not the others. I tried for 3-4 nights but it was too big for my mouth so I couldn’t close my lips together and I got sores under my lips too and bottom because they were exposed to the air all night. The sores were painful so I had to stop using it. One size fits all doesn’t apply if it doesn’t fit your mouth. I tried for a refund but got the usual hygiene crap. They also don’t mention that the pricing is only in US dollars and no way of knowing until you see the payment. It may work for large mouths

Item is crap and when I requested a refund for the 4 unopened boxes, they gave the same excuse of "hygeine reasons". Fought with them for over 2 weeks and they finally got sick of me, admitted their mistake (SCAM) and actually refunded me. I was not going to let it go!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
THERE IS NO 30 DAY RETURN, CRAPPY PRODUCT.
YOU'LL REGRET.
