The company is legitimate - I got my item and it was the last in stock. It's a fantastic item too, and the creators' passion for their work really shines through. You can't buy this stuff anywhere else. But the negative reviews exist for a reason.
Sleevechief is clearly taking more orders than they know how to handle in an orderly manner. It took over two weeks and some support channel pestering just to dispatch the item I ordered - and it sounds like it wouldn't have happened if I didn't get in touch.
I suspect they're understaffed, or weren't ready to handle the hype their products have created. If you're willing to endure some headache and logistical mess, the products are worth it.
Eternal delay
It’s been 5 months since I payed my order and I still haven’t received anything. The product on the website keeps getting delayed and the delivery date is constantly postponed. This is unacceptable, especially seeing from other reviews that they keep taking orders they clearly cannot fulfill.
Terrible Shipping Delays
Ordered a card binder on 6-1-2025 it is currently 9–19-2025. I emailed them a month after I had received no information and they informed me it would be August when I get my binder so over two months after ordering. Now once looking at their website it says I won’t be getting my binder until October. I have never had such terrible delays and service before like this. How is it going to take over 4 months assuming it comes in October for a simple binder to be produced. This company will never get my money again.
I've been waiting for over 3 months for…
I've been waiting for over 3 months for my Solo Leveling deck box and sleeve and I have received nothing, not an update, not an apology nothing, for all I know they stole my money and ran. Extremely disappointed, these people don't even give you a way to get your refund back.
Late delivery and extra costs
I’m extremely disappointed with this order and the overall service. The original delivery took almost three months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable and caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, when I had to return the item, I was made to cover the return costs myself – something I would not have expected given the extreme delay and circumstances. To make matters worse, it has now been over a week since I sent the return back, and it still hasn’t been processed.
This combination of a three-month delay, extra costs, and lack of follow-up is unacceptable. I cannot recommend ordering from here based on my experience.
The products are great but no where near worth the hassle of dealing with this company
It is a shame as the products are really really good quality and looks wise, but the company itself is terrible and the customer service might even be worse. For starters the website is misleading as to when the products you order are actually released. After ordering one of their products there was a massive delay in the shipping of it even after the supposed "Release Date" of the product. In total I received my product 5 months after I ordered it. But to compensate for these delays they promised :
"As a small gesture of
apology, we’ll be adding some goodies and extra items to your order. It can’t make up for the lost time – but we hope it shows how much we value your understanding.
We’re genuinely grateful for your patience and trust in us – even though both are being tested right now. As soon as the products arrive, we’ll
get your order out to you as quickly as possible
and notify you right away."
When I finally received my products there was no extra items or goodies or anything. Then when I emailed about this in reply to the email they had sent with that promise this was the response I received.

This took them a whole week to reply to me with that answer after already taking a week to reply to me originally asking to send a picture of my package as proof.
The ironic part of this is that while offering this 10% discount they currently had a 15% discount promo on the website. And their promo codes don't stack. So if I were to use this 10% compensation code I would have actually lost money.
Overall the customer support response I received to my issue was utterly terrible. And I still haven't received a response from the last email I sent essentially saying "No this isn't good enough"

very high quality products, but awful awful shipping time.
very high quality products, beautifully made and the customer service was great. only problem was the delivery and shipping, original shipping date was pushed forward a month and then had additional issues with it being delivered into the country which was frustrating, so wouldn’t buy again. doesn’t seem to be a scam though, ordered both the lunar binder and the lunar storage box and both arrived in great condition. if wanting to buy, be aware you could be sat waiting 3 months for your product.
This company are not to be trusted
This company are not to be trusted. They cannot honour anything shown on site. I suggest avoiding doing business with them. Seems like they are selling false promises rather than tangible products. I would rate them lower than one star if possible. Buy elsewhere.

I‘m frequently buying at Sleevechief, I always get my packages in time and if there are any complications, their customer support is very efficient and quick.
Quality wise, the products are amazing. They always come up with new and innovative designs so that everyone finds something that they like. Hope they will continue to deliver such good products and services!
I recently ordered Yu-Gi-Oh
I recently ordered Yu-Gi-Oh! cards from Sleevechief while in Germany, and I’m really impressed! The delivery was smooth and punctual, with the package arriving in perfect condition. The cards themselves were in extraordinary shape – clearly authentic and handled with care.
What stood out to me was the overall reliability and quality of service. From order to delivery, everything went as expected, and even better! I’ll definitely be ordering from Sleevechief again and would highly recommend them to any TCG enthusiast.
Irreführende Werbung / False Advertisement
As today, 30th May is my birthday, I was more than thrilled when I saw they are doing an Anniversary Sale today at 8PM CEST.
Been eyeing their Lunar Shadow series (mainly the Binder, but the whole Bundle as well) for a while, so seeing the upcoming Anniversary Sale I was excited.
The time came, the website went live after maintenance, and - the Lunar Shadow series had no Anniversary sale on them.
Everything else, including the new items introduced today, had the 20-60% sale on them, while the Lunar Binder remained original price, and the whole bundle had a generic sale (much less than 20%) that it had before as well.
Upon contacting customer service, they told me, that "because the big amount of preorders on this item before the anniversary sale" they decided not to put it on sale "out of respect not make the customers angry".
Upon conversing back and forth, also mentioning this makes their advertisement false/misleading, which is under german laws illegal (shop main address is in germany), I was told the same answer again, asking for my understanding.
As if it wasn't absurd enough, the customer service worker then proceeded to mark the chat as "solved", ignoring the other question I had in the beginning (unrelated to prices), and after re-opening it myself, been ignored. Absolutely unprofessional.
One could argue if the few €'s the 20% would've give me worth that much, but it's more on the principle side.
Both me and my sister were excited for today, for both the Pokemon and the new Solo Leveling products, but after such responses and treatment I'd rather not support such a business. Maybe not this exact pattern, but people can find beautiful products elsewhere.
Sadly I don't think I can link images, but I have taken screenshots of the advertisement, and my chat with the CS associate, and will also continue on with the eligible Formulars regarding the false baiting.
Ordered the blue eyes collection
Ordered the blue eyes collection, delivery failed and got sent back to Germany, post office said my address doesnt exist so i have no idea what they put on the label, i asked for a refund and they refunded me everything except the $27 shipping fee, total scam, paid $27 and got absolutely nothing from it, worst part is its sold out so i wont even be able to order it again if i wanted to
hero deck box
Ordered the hero deck box. It did take a long time to arrive(about 2 months), shipped to U.S.
However I am very excited about the deck box. The magnets are strong and the artwork looks phenomenal in person.
I reccomend ordering a while before you need your product but the quality is great.
