Very Slow Shipping and poor communication

Ordered a medium size order (~50€) and waited ~4 weeks to arrive 3 weeks until the shipping was even confirmed.
Second order is yet to be shipped after ~1.5 months.
Customer service just says some product is not in stock right now.

honestly dont buy here ive ordered here 3 times first time took a week second time 2 weeks 3rd time a month untill i send a angry email and than all of the sudden it got send the quality of the sleeves are simulair to art sleeves from alixpress the customer service is not there for sure they wont respond to emails cancels updates or messages to social media they just dont care my friends ordered around the same time 1 month later they still dont have their items either. dont buy from here

Took 53 days to arrive, poor parcel management

Took 53 days to arrive, brought items during cyberweekend,
3 weeks later no updates except "order data transmitted electronically"
Enquired with customer service and 2nd parcel was sent as 1st believed "lost"
10 days after 2nd "order data transmitted electronically" Enquired again, and day later it finally entered dhl to be delivered,

Summer restock nightmare!

Had a summer restock nightmare! I was initially told the item wouldn't be restocked, but it was available during the restock strangely? I really wanted this so I added it to my basket, but at checkout, it was sold out. This company clearly doesn’t care about people who really want their items! Please avoid.
