Slice Pay really helped me out when I was in need. Dealing with Customer service was absolutely phenomenal aswell. They are always willing to find several solutions that best suit your needs. Very impressed. I will definitely use them again.

Can't pay travel upfront

Help me a lot when I could not pay our family trip upfront. They help me with a payment plan that I can afford and now my family and I are off on holiday.
Consider giving them a go if in a financial strife.

The communication is horrible

The communication is horrible. I had to send multiple emails some were answered most was not. The contact phone number is not in service. I am a travel agent I wanted try them out myself before I offered it to my clients. The fee is expensive I wont recommend it to them. The only thing I liked was its a good payment plan.

Over the last few weeks we've experienced higher than usual call and email volumes leading to delays outside our usual SLA - However, we are now back operating within normal SLAs for response times and would be happy to assist and turn your experience around. Additionally, we've recently changed our contact numbers as we've upgraded our phone system - You can reach us on +61288806473 during our business hours.

Regarding the hold fee, we do charge this small percentage as a means for your customers to lock in todays prices and avoid price hikes. In most scenarios, we see that the hold fee is much less than the increased costs customers experience when waiting to book their travels.

Please let me know if there's anything further so that Tequilla Travels and Slice Pay can work together to support our customers.

Booked our trip to NZ

Booked our trip to NZ, for next year. So much easier, in the long run to space out the payments. Definitely the way to go....totalled $3375, for 3 adults, 1 child, return to NZ. Affordable.

This company js a worthless joke that I…

This company js a worthless joke that I will not use again. It’s impossible to get responses to
Emails and chats. When they do respond it’s always the same canned responses. You are not transparent like they claim. Especially on pricing. Yes u have to ask for invoices which have been wrong on an occasion. The fee is ridiculously high compared to their competitors. On top of their fee, Alternative airlines also charges a fee for using slice pay. It’s misleading and all slice pay will do as in previous reviews is argue they tell you on the final page of booking - it’s not. They overcharge and don’t want customers to see or be able to control payments. I will absolutely not be using them again. Stay away from them

Over the period of your enquiry, we experienced a significantly higher-than-usual volume of customer queries due to a peak departure season. While this helps explain the delays, it doesn’t excuse them, and we apologise that our response times did not meet the standard we aim to provide.

We acknowledge your feedback regarding the ability to view and manage repayments through a self-service portal. This is an area we know needs improvement, and we’re pleased to share that this functionality is currently in development and will be available in the near future.

Regarding fees, Slice Pay hold fees are disclosed at the time you agree to use Slice Pay and are itemised within the Alternative Airlines checkout process before you pay the deposit as well as mentioned in the terms of service. These fees allow customers to secure selected flights while accessing our instalment payment service. We understand, however, that fee transparency is critical, and your feedback has been noted as we continue to improve how this information is presented.

We regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service or clarity we strive to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise these concerns. Yes it was a very easy and convenient in application to pay for a plane ticket it's very good for price range and for people on schedule budgets really low income or not you can take a poor person and they can use the service and still get to where they want and back definitely heard people inclined ESP cuz apparently you already did

Excellent service

What made my experience great was that when I told the team to reschedule the date of the last payment, they did it right away. The team was extremely helpful, supportive and honest. Would definitely recommend Slice Pay.
