The quality of their products is actually OK, but this is by far the worst customer service I've seen in an online Store. Shipping takes on average 4 weeks, and you 100% need to contact them to get an update on the order status. They take forever to reply and are generally quite lost. If you don't want to feel completely frustrated stay away from them.

Stay away! really slow shipping. ordered 3 weeks ago, and still not shipped. customer service is nonexistent. they also charge $5 for shipping, but no shipping info, no updates, nothing.

They have not shipped my order after 9 months of waiting. After numerous attempts at contact they finally got back to me 9 months later and told me that because they had failed to respond to my support request the order was now too old to be corrected. They charged me shipping a 2nd time in order to send the original order and are unable to tell me when it will be shipped. After paying shipping twice, for their mistake. I know I would be in hot water if my store pulled this sort of scam, not really sure how these guys haven't been shut down yet.

Terrible!.....I placed an order for a skin for my Fold 2 because of a sale on the website. It's been a month and I still haven't received an email or anything. This company is very unprofessional and could care less about it's customers. Stay far away!

This company is horrible. Only reason I am leaving this review is because the company only got back to me when I opened up a PayPal claim

Just horrible... I ordered thIs wrap on FEB 7 AND NOW YOU JUST SENDING IT OUT OF FEB 25.. I ORDERED FROM SKINIT AND RECIEVED IN 3 DAYS.. SLICKWRAPS JUST HORRIBLE..

I ordered on Feb 7 and now they say they shipped it February 25... opened up a claim with PayPal then they finally say it's shipped

I ordered an item from here about 2 weeks ago. It is still yet to even ship. I have tried emailing support even calling. Nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed my order on Black Friday weekend (end of November 2020) and have still not received my product yet.

Customer service with this company is almost non existent, and I am contacting my credit card company to perform a charge back.

They reply you maybe after month!!! Not recommend to anyone! Better to live without skin!!! They maybe reply you if you write down in this site( trustpilot)

I ordered my last wrap 5 Dec 2020 and still don't have it. It was not my first order, actually it was 5th. All previous ones were OK!

1+ month order, still in processing. I've contacted them and they keep on saying it's packaging for more than a week already and wondering why it hasn't been shipped out. This was completely different from my order a few years back.

Over a month and my order still not shipped, no response to emails sent. Thankfully I am sure paypal will refund me eventually as even complaints on Paypal are unanswered a week later. These guys are a joke.

Horrible. Absolutely disgusting. I place an order for my Magic Mouse wrap (costum one) to protect my Magic Mouse. I order the 1st of September 2020. Right now It’s the 8 of February of 2021 and still...nothing about my wrap. I contacted the support 3 times, where 2 of them they didn’t even respond. To the third one they just said “wait, it will arrive soon”. Asked about the refund, they didn’t even answer so my 12$ purchase is gone basically. Please don’t buy. Keep that money from a reliable shop, that’s better.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. It was not evident at the time, that there would be huge delays in shipping, yet they are until this moment have a huge sale going - something which doesn't reflect the backoder they seem to have.

Ordered in October. It's February, no order shipped.

Scams

It took about one month to receive my wrap after I sent numerous emails asking for updates. When I finally got it, the wrap was just a white sticker instead of the pattern I ordered! I emailed them twice after I received it, and they ignored me. Do NOT buy from them. It's a scam!

I ordered an ipad cover skin on september 2020 ame in 2021 end of january still i did not receive anything. They have sent an shipping email on october and it was sent to a different address. It has not been sent to me. They never answered my emails during that period. But lately i could reach them and asked about it and they say they can not refund and they can only issue vouchers. And i said ok and that time they say they can’t find my email on system . Unbelievable and unacceptable and sad. I would never recommend them . Just cheaters. Avoid!!

Too bad that I did not check the feedback Slickwraps before I purchased with them recently. I ordered my iPad custom skin on 26 December 20, and with a bunch of follow up emails from me, and excuses from Slickwraps (Covid19, heavy loads of order, being processing), 1 month already and my order still being process and they stopped answering my emails already. I hope this site is taken down soon so they would not be able to con anymore people

The only reason this is 2 is because it actually came!

The product was for my AirPods without wireless charging. The quality of the product was actually ok. It feels nice but just doesn't fit properly. especially the corners(edges). I ordered at the end of november. and arrived today. And the actual airpods wrap is too fat to fit in the case. Wouldnt buy again.

This company has the WORST customer service i ordered in November and its January I've still not recieved a wrap for my xbox series X. After 6 emails I recieved 2 replies one saying they have shipped it and its not their problem anymore and second saying that they cannot process a refund due to it being to far ahead in their warehouse.

BUY FROM DBRAND ALWAYS I have now bought my wrap from them for my phones and console everything is smooth like a good business should be.
