Misleading titles, bait-and-switch
The ask you to sign up to download a presentation and once signed up they asks you to purchase a plan to be able to download! It is the "bait-and-switch" tactic, where consumers are lured by the promise of a free or low-cost product or service, only to find that it's unavailable or requires additional payment. Such practices are considered deceptive and are subject to regulatory scrutiny!!!
