Good product, autorenewal scammers
The product is good but they make it very difficult to cancel the autorenewal and will intentionally delay responding to cancellation tickets until the renewal date passes, and then claim there is no grace period for refunds of autorenewals.

They had given me an invoice for $139 and i paid it for an annual subscription. After the payment, they asked me to pay an extra $86 to continue the subscription. i personally, felt soo cheated.

Invoiced for a service I did not sign up to
I looked at the service and was going to purchase but decided not to proceed. They even acknowledged in an email that I did not proceed yet still keep sending me invoices for a service I did not sign up to. I have queried it twice now with no luck. I have asked them to stop. I have the original mails where it even acknowledges I did not complete sign up so why keep invoicing me. Feels like a scam.

I liked how I could make explicit…
I liked how I could make explicit instructions and have it converted to something eloquent, and exactly what I needed. A few personal tweaks and it was just great for what I needed.
That said, I have had a faulty bad habit of missing out on whether or not these type of online experiences were a one time payment of something that a year from now may auto renew and , quite frankly not necessarily be needed. Can someone help me understand completely what I have purchased? Do I still have some ability to create additional decks on my current purchase.? And of course, at this point in time I certainly don’t require any auto renewal scenario. Any guidance or clarity would be sincerely appreciated. Great product
