Let me just say I do like Slinger

Let me just say I do like Slinger, but I do have a wish list for maybe what can be called Slinger plus. Pros, nice ball Mechine for stop and start toss, close up. I teach students with this by standing with them and them following by example. And that works perfectly. And for repetition that is awesome. Was enough for me to buy one for a second time.
But, cons… I wish the could use a second motor or what ever it takes to take away some of the spin for a longer shot. So that the beginner student wasn’t faced with crazy spin that is created. Until they do that, this is still the Mechine I use. All things contained in the bag. So I’m ok with it but one day hoping for future updates

Not getting much value out of this…

Not getting much value out of this machine. The settings are sooo hard to figure out. The machine has VERY heavy top spin so hard to control if wanting to work on volleys and you can’t turn it off. The return policy is non existing so be careful and ensure this is something you really need.

Battery replacement took almost 1 year!

Battery issues

My first battery didn’t work - it was outside of warranty but out of box. I contacted to get a new one - 5 months later after the season I could use it, could I buy a replacement.

One part pickleball machine one part tennis machine

I purchased and received the Pickleball machine in April 2025. When it arrived, the oscillator for the Pickleball machine had a large crack in it. I contact the company and talk to several people over the phone and through email. I did receive a replacement escalator however it was blue and was the one that went with the tennis ball machine. I was informed that they would work the same. However, I ordered the orange Pickleball machine for close to $1000 and I don’t want a missed matched color machine. I have contacted Slinger numerous occasions since April 2025 and continue to be promised that I will receive the orange oscillator. It is now five months later and I have yet to receive the orange oscillator that goes with the Pickleball machine. I have yet after five months to use the machine waiting for the correct color of oscillator… planning to send it back if I don’t receive the correct color SOON!! I have spoken to my credit card company. I have been told if this situation does not get corrected to get back with them in order to return the Pickleball machine for a full refund as I did not get the complete machine I ordered. I know this sounds petty but I paid $1000 for this machine and I don’t want parts of two different machines that are two different colors.

Bait and switch

The promotion said i would get a free case of balls if i bought a slinger. They didn't send the balls saying that I got $ off on the slinger. The promotion never mentioned that. It just said free balls. Still have not received them. Illegal bait and switch. Very disappointed.

Best Pickleball Partner Ever!

The Slinger Bag has been a game-changer for us. Every Saturday we rent a court—my husband drills, I scoop up the balls, and somehow we both get a workout. Slinger win

I originally bought the tennis slinger bag from the website and during that time there was a promotion going. If you purchase a slinger bag and hit add to cart then it would add the free box of balls as well. I hit buy now, not realizing there was a promotion. I received the bag and had it for a few weeks, I then visited the site again for another item and saw the promotion. I reached out to customer service about the promotion and the escalated it. The company ended up sending me a free box of balls while also paying for shipping on top of it. I have to say this goes beyond what I consider customer service. I am very pleased with the company as a whole and recommend doing business with them.
