Non-existent Battery Support

The rating is for the battery. After 3-4 years, you need to replace the battery, Basically impossible because Slinger does not make replacement batteries available. Their website just says “out of stock” and is never replenished.

Outstanding training aid and excellent value

Slinger was recommended by a friend and it has exceeded expectations. I bought because I wanted to improve efficiency of my ground strokes. I get valuable reps using Slinger that I would otherwise have to pay for in a tennis class. Slinger is very portable and simple to use. Ball boy mode perfect when lungs need a break. I strongly recommend getting oscillator. Slinger will easily pay for itself in the first year. Criticisms on heavy ball are exaggerated, at least for a 3.5. My daughter joined me to play and she enjoyed Slinger when we took a break from rallying with each other. TBD on battery life but I follow instructions to charge after I play. I met a fellow Slinger owner at the courts who has used same battery for five years with heavy use. Overall, great buy and I expect I’ll enjoy for long time!

The Right FIX on time and in budget

Your customer support was awesome. I would describe the electrical ilssues I thought might be happening and thay asked for some simple test results back. In my case the on-off switch was not the root of the problem, the main board was. They quoted a reasonable price to replace the board and I ordered it. It showed up quickly with a a new remote for it. Installing the board was short and quick - and made everything work like new. That made me HAPPY. I am again playing Tennis, getting in my Exercize and in generable feeling GREAT. THANK YOU SLINGER - TERRY ALLEN (JULY 22, 2025)

Figure out the battery situation!

If you had replacement batteries in stock I could give you 5 stars, but I have a giant paperweight of a machine in my garage that has collected dust all summer now.

Very happy with the performance

Great product bad customer service…

I had a slinger bag from a couple years ago. Ordered a new Oscillator received that and decided to just get a new bag. I’ve been trying to return the oscillator for the last month and I’m told that they’ll cover the shipping cost but have yet to send me a return shipment label. Every time I text they tell me they have a technical problem with emailing me a label. The product is fantastic! customer service not really..

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected issue with the software we use to generate return labels — something we’ve not experienced before. It took our IT team longer than expected to identify and resolve the problem, and during that time, our support team was unable to provide a label while the system was down.

We completely understand and share your frustration, as we know how important timely service is. The issue has now been resolved, and your prepaid return shipping label was sent to you via email on July 1st. We also attempted to call to confirm you received it, but were unable to leave a voicemail as we were disconnected from your voicemail box.

As you noted in your review, each time you reached out by text, our team responded — and we did our best to keep you informed with the most accurate information we had at the time. The delay was not a lack of willingness to help, but rather a technical issue that was unfortunately out of our hands. That said, we acknowledge that your return request for the oscillator was made on June 16th, and the label was not provided until July 1st — a two-week delay that we truly regret.

We're happy to hear you're enjoying the product, and we hope to have the opportunity to show you that our support team is dedicated and responsive. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do to help.
