Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst site I've played on by a country mile. Honestly save your money and use elsewhere. All slots played just take take take with very minimal or no wins, literally chucking money away. 5 star reviews are fake.

Stole my husbands winnings over £2200 apparently I breached I didn't I deposited win and withdrew. They steal from you please don't give them a penny !!!!!!

Joined yesterday and deposited £50 and declined bonuses. I withdrew £1000 last night and it has just arrived in my bank account now, less than 24hrs later.

I submitted all documents for verification last night and they were approved within an hour.

Nice choice of games to play and the withdrawal process was much quicker than expected too.

Beware the will mess with you so for promotions they will give you 500% but you don't actually get the 250$ no no you have to wager to win the 250$ lol no a good site don't trust it mist casinos give your the bonus funds to use but these bums actually held my bonus funds until I keep depositing sham site don't trust them they just took 50 from me never again lol yall screwed me over 50$ 🤣

I can't say a bad word so far. Have won some great amount of money , and went through the verification process. It took a bit more time than I expected, but in the end it was done.
I must say that the chat support was very helpfull so far, friendly and responsive.

This a big big big big big scam I won 1000euro request to withdrawal was successfully then they rejected it 5 time..try other options they also rejected it..i have over 800euro and I can't withdraw it..we need this site to be shut down..

Have used this site for a while, works fine until you start to win decent sized money. They actually removed 700 euro's from my account, because they all of sudden start to enforce all these rules that they didnt care about before.

They don't allow you to withdraw your money for made up reasons and secretly removed my gambling ban when I asked to remain banned which seems like a massive violation to me.

Their identity verification process is horrible as well.

Streamers also know is a scam because they never play with their own money, they don't care for losses, they don't care to scam people, they hope to lose much as possible people to make a good revenue, is simple as that!!!

Never play on that scam casino , after 2 week of waiting for my withdrawal they apply a terms with lies and removed my legit win of 2000 euro i was fully verified as person and as bank account i going to start procedure against them the GMA regulator is informed and thats my story!

overal waiting time on withdraw is a week. first time i had to wait 9 days for my money to be tranferred to my bank. the second time i am allready waiting for 4 days. and all the wihile there is a promident cancel button when you are on the site so you can cancel the withdraw. why wait 9 days for the money. just cancel and give it back to the casino. find another casino than slottyvegas

Slotty vegas is a scam. I won 5k and i verify all my documents. And they tell me, everything is fine and the withdraw to my bankaccount it will be 8-10 working days. After than they told me i need to proof that i pay with my bankaccount to my casino account with my proof that the name of the bankaccount is mine. I didnt know that. Because my girlfriend send me from her online banking to my casino acc a load of 25€ so i can play it.
I won 5k.and they wont pay out to my bankaccount because the online banking was from my girlfriend!! So thats unfair. I told them what if i load from paysafe 25€?there is no name by paysafe that proof that was my load! And they didnt answer my question about paysafe!
So i will complain to the police!it was real money and i didnt use bonusmoney. So who cares from where the money comes. I play it and i wasted time to win it!!
So know can anybody here reply about my situation?

I've seen so many bad reviews about slottyvegas.com and I do have to be honest here.

In the beginning, oh god I hated slottyvegas, I even called their live chat employees 'morons' - at some point I got a VIP manager and even fought with him because of things that happened. (chat etc)

I understand the bad reviews to a point, but that was slottyvegas... a year or two ago. It's still a company and run by people, mistakes happen...

But DAMN this online casino grew amazing!!! CHAPEAU! Definitely my #1 casino.

Livechat is very good, people have the necessary skills. The design of the site is top notch, probably #1 when it comes to design and smoothness.

All the departments within the casino seem to work well and there's an understanding.

Payments: Never had a problem when it comes to withdrawals. There's a limit of 2.5k a week, but that's good. There are no costs for the gamlber when withdrawing. I understand the withdrawal limit, also it's not a trick to make you gamble you winnings away. You can ask them to block the amount, it's just a quick note in the chat.

Verification was very fast, I think it took them a couple of minutes when it comes to ME. But believe it or not, there are hundrets, maybe thousands of people signing in and there is only a certain amount of employees, so of course it will take some time for them. Just be patient.

I know it's hard for us gamblers, most of the time we lose and try to find reasons so we can blame the casino. The bank always wins, yet it's never the employees fault - always be nice with them.

I’v sent all necessary documents but my debit card is not signed from my bank lol and that’s my issue. Just stay away for that site
