Great chair, however don't get the headrest if you are tall.
The chair is great, good back support, looks great, solid build quality. Only downside is that if you are over 6 feet tall the headrest is a waste of money. The highest setting was still too low and I found the bottom of the headrest dug into my shoulders so I had to remove it (I'm 6'1" for reference).

Amazing service
Amazing service, original chair delivery went as planned. Headrest was missing and one quick email to Slouch and they organised one to be sent very shortly after, on a day of my convenience. Product itself is great quality and extremely comfortable. So many options to choose from. I’ve been a home worker for 20+ years using the same old chair - I wish I had upgraded to Slouch sooner. It’s so comfortable and adjustable. I often adjust the seat so my hips don’t freeze up and the back moves with my body. Easy to put together. I can’t rate the chair and the company more, thank you Slouch.

Great service, but chair may not be suitable for all users
I purchased the Task One Grey Office Chair with headrest. Unfortunately, even on the highest setting, the headrest sat too low for me (I’m 6ft1), with the bottom of the headrest digging into my shoulders. After removing the headrest, the top of the backrest pressed into my shoulder blades, so the chair remained uncomfortable.
To Slouch’s credit, their team were polite and very helpful throughout, and they arranged a full refund without issue. The only downside was the time taken to assemble and then disassemble the chair for return.
I’m sure this chair may be very comfortable for many people, but it was entirely unsuitable for me (which presumably was related to my height). It might help future customers if clearer guidance were provided on the height range it’s best suited to, or if design adjustments could accommodate such users.

Super easy to order and fast delivery. Website very clear with good videos and guides to make chosing the right chair for me. Having been supplied one by my company that in theory was correct for my height and weight, they sent a bog standard ergonomic chair that was useless and uncomfortable. Slouch delivered my new comfy chair in three days!

website very easy to navigate and detailed description/video snippets of the chair.
Very easy to build and adjust the settings to my needs. Nice bit of kit and no numb butt over 8hrs work sessions 5 days a week.
Touchwood, the bad back hasn't flared up so I'm hoping this is helping it.
2 downsides but nothing to do with the chair as i would recommend buying one.
-Fedex, not sure why anyone uses them as they give a delivery time slot and they fail to hit this by hours.
-Plastic handles on the box are hopeless. Both pulled straight out and the box landed on my foot.

Sitting comfortably.
At the age of 80, I was unable to follow the ordering process and became confused. When I asked for help, I was supported through the whole business which came as a great relief. On delivery of my new chair, a castor was in pieces. Once again, the help from Slouch resolved my new problem with great speed and professionalism. I am delighted with my new chair.
