highly recommended - smallable!!

I am a regular customer of smallable since my baby was born few years ago, because they provide a greatly curated selection of products for babies and kids! Smallable always select the best from the market, shopping at smallable saved me a lot of time of doing research to study about different brands! their products are always at very high quality in all aspects! beautiful, cute, elegant, meeting all global safety standards etc! and their customers service is also very excellent! they are very understanding and considerate, and they provide prompt and helpful support! the CS even goes an extra mile to help the customers whenever they are in needs, which is very much appreciated! and one more important thing is, their products arrived in speedy delivery from other side of the globe!! they are really efficient!! I will continue to shop from smallable!!

The mirror that arrived was broken and so contacted the customer service and they acted promptly to sort out the problem.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I have been trying to return my package and contacted them 4 times to get my return label. Their system repeatedly stated that a label was generated, but I never received one.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response regarding my issue. Instead, I kept receiving emails asking me to rate your service. This was my first order and it will definitely be my last. Extremely disappointing experience.

I really liked the item

I really liked the item, I believe smallable is a collection of remarkable brands.
I would appreciate it if there could be one free return/order, in order to make it easier for the client to change the size if needed.

As we indicated on our website, certain destinations are subject to customs fees on incoming packages.

No response AGAIN! No return labels

I'm am back on Trustpilot as i have not heard from the customer service team only through here when i gave a review on the 12/02/25. I am still waiting to hear back directly regarding the return labels handle by Smallable's expense due to incorrect item delivered.

However a response to my personal email with an update would be much appreciated, i hope to hear back. This is really disapointing customer service and poor that I been ignore and have to come back on to Trustpilot to make another review to get a response from Smallable.

Shirt doesn’t fit - returns are to France

Shirt doesn’t fit. I need to return it. But there is no returns label. The return address is France. So postage is going to cost a fortune. I had assumed it was a UK company - the name is English. I won’t order from them again.
