Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. My queries answered so promptly by email, despite the time difference. Genuine care and an outstanding product. The Merino is truly soft and special. Unbeatable quality.
I return year after year. I love that my children 9 & 11 who are very tall can still fit into the kids sizes albeit the last 2 sizes. I can see they will transition to adult sizes in a year or two. There seems to be no gap in sizes - between kids and adults. Thank you !!

Quality everyday attire
I've ordered a few items from Smalls and I've been really pleased with them.
I'm interested in being more sustainable and buying less, doing less laundry and taking less with me when travelling.
In the UK at least, merino wool clothing seems to be tailored more towards outdoor activities rather than lifestyle, but Smalls offers clothing that's versatile and stylish that you can wear for almost any occasion.

My order arrived from Smalls very promptly and very well wrapped. I am absolutely delighted with my trousers, long sleeve top and my eye mask.
The quality and feel of the clothes is totally amazing. I ordered these for my long awaited visit to NZ to see family I have not seen for years. I now know I am going to be so comfortable for my long 30 hour flight.
