I have ordered six prints to date

I have ordered six prints to date. I have been very impressed with the quality and how quickly I received the finished products. I did have a major issue with one print which was MY ERROR. I contacted Smallwood and had wonderful customer support. I was able to resubmit a new photo and have the framing redone at no cost. The customer service was wonderful.

Great first impressions!

I am impressed with how quickly the support team replied when I submitted my original order and answered all my questions in an easy-to-understand manner.
Even though I have not received the finished product of my order, they have kept all of the steps of the process moving smoothly.
I was referred by a family member who was completely satisfied with their order.

I LOVE Smallwoods

I LOVE Smallwoods! Every wrapped canvas or framed canvas prints I’ve ordered have turned out absolutely amazing, and I’ve purchased A LOT over the years. Their customer service team goes above and beyond anything or company I’ve ever dealt with. Everything about this company is 100% plus more!

I am very disappointed in the prints I…

I am very disappointed in the prints I received and in the customer service. I ordered 5 prints using the same few pictures of my family. I was going to use them as gifts to give to family members. The picture quality on the bigger prints was great. The colors looked good and the picture quality was great. The smaller frames turned out extremely poor quality. The pictures are blurry and the color quality didn’t even turn out nice. I figured this was some mistake with their printing so I contacted customer service through their website. After a week of no response, I looked online again and it said to text them or call them. It was after hours so I texted them my concerns. After another week of no response, I called the same number. They said they would look into it if I resubmitted the pictures again. I sent them in again and got a response that the pictures were fine and there was nothing they could do about the poor picture quality. I am so disappointed because now I am out the money and don’t have the gifts for my family members. I waited years in order to get the perfect pictures of my kids before placing an order because of the price. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the quality and waste of money. I won’t be using this company ever again. I got better quality prints from Walgreens than Smallwoods.

The pictures are grainy and dull

The pictures are grainy and dull. I will never order from here again. Then I reach out almost a month ago to see if they can rectify the issue and I have heard NOTHING!! I had another photo shoot that my husband and I did and I was excited to order more prints but wanted to see how the ones of me, my mom and my daughter turned out and I am glad I waited because I am more than disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE my pictures

I absolutely LOVE my pictures. They are beautiful. One of my pictures didn’t upload properly and the Customer Service Team reached out to me and had me upload it again. Anthony was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Smallwood Home .

Ordered canvases received styrofoam…

Ordered canvases received styrofoam boards and was then told if I shipped them back then I could receive 50% of what I paid for them in store credit after the shipping label cost was subtracted from the 50% refund so basically would have enough to then buy anything close to what I originally purchased and didn’t receive. Absolute trash company.

Their customer service team is…excellent

Their customer service team is excellent! I submitted two pictures that were not of good quality and their team reached out and worked with me to change the images of my pictures to make sure that the Smallwoods I was ordering would be perfect! Will definitely be ordering many more pictures!

Could not Be Happier!

I ordered two very large frames and prints, when I received them, one had a small issue and they were so quick to respond and send out a new print. The shipping was originally suppose to take 5-7 days and my order shipped the next day! Customer service is fantastic. A company I will be using for life for any prints in the future.

Terrible

Terrible. The quality is different than previous canvas I purchased. The color came over extremely dark to where you can’t even see our faces AND they won’t do a single thing. I regret spending as much as I did on this business and I will not be giving my business anymore. I looked at how my picture should have came out which was a lot brighter. They have your money so they don’t care. Stay away!!! Find another place who actually cares about their customers.

Excellent

I’ve ordered multiple times now and am always completely satisfied. The pictures look great even in different sizes. Customer service is excellent, I made a mistake with one of the pictures I was ordering and they caught it and stopped it before printing to double check with me first. I was then able to get the right one to them and was sent a preview to double check before it went to production. I was extremely pleased

Incredibly disappointed

Incredibly disappointed! I ordered 6 scenic prints 12x16 and they are so blurry and look terrible. When I emailed them I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. I will not be putting these on my walls and now I am out the money spent for them.

I have ordered from smallwoods before…

I have ordered from smallwoods before and had great experience. I trusted that they would do the same however, this order has been all wrong. I’m being ignored with them fixing it. I am so disappointed as I have several orders from them in the past that everything was perfect. I wish they would fix my order or just refund my money. I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received.
