I have deposited money through SmallWorld many times, but the customer service is poor I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a canceled transaction, but they do not want to refund my money and I get excuses every day that they are working on it Yesterday I deposited money and now the app shows money pending I have had contact with customer service several times and here too they always give excuses that they are working on it I have always been a regular customer and have been using SmallWorld for years You should be ashamed of treating regular customers this way my customer number is 60163528

I have used small world for 5 years with no issues until three days ago when I sent my brother $170 to my surprise he is still not been able to receive the money because the pin number came up unavailable and keep saying that the recipient has already picked up the money, until today I'm still disputing with small world on this transaction that the pin number they gave me when I sent the money is fake and I've been scammed of $170, to prove it my pin number is 120002533168 do not use small world money transfer be careful because you could become a victim like me

i got a mail with code for free sending, code was not working, it felt as cheating your customers, its only 0,99euro , but its the princype who counts for me, dont send a code who is not working.
Second: paying with bancontact dont work.
