I am not being helped well. My girlfriend in Turkey could not afford the surgery money because of you and now she has not received the money yet.
The people who work in the TV series do not know Dutch or any other languages. I was always lingering for 5 days.

I recently made a transaction to send money to Philippines. Smallworld phoned me and asked me to confirm the transaction and asked who the money was for and for what reason. After I explained it was for my stepdaughter and family support they released the money and it was received immediately. Some people may think it was a lot of bother but I was pleased because of all the scams and fraud these days, it was good to know that Smallworld is looking after your money.

Very bad service, no effort just collecting money
Very bad, generic, most likely outsourced customer support, the system infrastructure both on Android and website is so bad that when any process goes slightly off the rails you will find yourself worrying about your money and dealing with incompetent support that just want to get rid of you. It is such a difference from the virtue signalling they do here in public reviews sites where they are careful to not scare future clients, but they don't do anything to improve in the last 6 years I used them ( I stopped completely after yet another useless passive aggressive support rep)
