How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
I have used Smarcooms services for two months, which was the worst experience ever. Instead of having peace of mind and more time to dedicate to my business, I got more stress and had to spend even more time chasing and ensuring the content was suitable for my audience.
1. Their customer support is unhelpful and condescending.
2. They misleadingly advertise their plans as a number of posts per week, deliver what was agreed for the first week and then change the number of posts to a monthly basis. I was paying for five posts per week, and they changed that to 20 posts per month and wouldn’t listen to the fact that five posts per week are not the same as 20 posts per month. I had full weeks with only three or two posts scheduled against it. When I complained, I was given a patronising answer that I should do the maths as all months have four weeks, and that’s universal knowledge (although everyone knows that a year has 52 weeks, so that’s incorrect, not to mention patronising)
3. I had to chase for my content to be prepared constantly.
4. Request to revise the content for approval was not actioned promptly
5. Lazy content preparation, I had a massive array of pictures at their disposal, and they hardly used any of them to build trust with my audience and showcase my products.
If you are looking for good quality and engaging content and to be treated with respect and professionalism, AVOID Smarcooms, as you will not get your money’s worth.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
