Returning Customer

I recently returned to Smarkets after trying other exchanges and I must say I was impressed with the customer support arond the verifications that you have to go through, which Im not a great fan, and was done quite quickly. The liquidity is quite good in most sports with the exception of greyhound racing. My overall impression is that the site is growing rather than going backwards as some of the previous comments suggest. Its a pity that there isnt an API in place like Betangel, Geeks toy etc this would greatly enhance the customer experiance and interaction with the site and I am certain that this would grow the platform even more. I would have given five stars otherwise:O)

Dreadful withdrawal timescales

The website, the prices, customer service in general, everything is great about Smarkets. Except one thing. And unfortunately it's a big one. I've just had it clarified that withdrawals take SIX hours. Not instant like Betfair, Skybet, Bet365, William Hill, yes just about every bookmaker going. Smarkets take six hours. In this day and age, with the technology there is, that is simply shambolic. Hence my middle of the road rating. If they sped up their withdrawals, they'd be an easy 5 stars.

Excellent customer service

I was very satisfied to have my smarkets account changed over with different bank accounts. It was nice to get the help, as my banks made this harder than it should have been. Alice the advisor was vey helpful and resolved my bank issue fast.

Smarkets let customers down!

Please look elsewhere than Smarkets. I was in a bet and had the opportunity to cash out when they froze everything due to a technical error and I lost money. Smarkets have really let their customers down. Go for Betfair or someone else, you will thank me for it.
