Quite simply SmartPA make my life easier...

Quite simply Carol and Fraser Whittle at SmartPA make my life easier, no task too small or too large. We catch up on calls regularly and work flexibly with the hours of support paid for each month. They are professional and always available, they have quickly become an essential support to help keep me organised and contactable.

Small Business needing Help

As a small business owner you cannot do everything, what you can do is employ professionals such as Cari and Carolyn at Smart PA to help your business.
i needed someone to handle my social media presence on a few different platforms, these ladies understood my brief and set to work to make me seen.
i get regular updates and if i want to try something new that is fine and away they go.
Brilliant and friendly service.

Very much enjoyed working with Natasha…

Very much enjoyed working with Natasha Ojo. She's been handling our project management and she's great. Whilst I was away I asked her if I could direct client requests to her and she handled them brilliantly and I got some great feedback about her which was lovely to hear and reassuring.

I couldn't give her enough credit.

Best Exec Support Around.

Imagine waking up to a phone full of messages and emails, an overflowing inbox with no idea whether you’ve missed any important deadlines, appointments or flights. Don't let that happen again! You need Ali Martin here to tidy up your life.

Ali Martin is an amazing, hardworking, attentive personal assistant who will always do the virtual heavy lifting. You need someone who can take care of all the off-putting tasks in life to help you. Someone who doesn't mind wearing out their fingers with relentless, meticulous administrative work that might have taken away from your busy schedule.

I have worked with Ali now for a number of months and she has genuinely changed my life, I am a busy executive, i travel frequently and oversee multiple P&L departments, without Ali, life would be a disaster. Thank you!! For all your help, I recommend her highly.

Working with Tracy and Fay has saved me a lot of time and hassle. They have filled me with confidence at each step that my company’s payroll is in good hands and being dealt with by experts in the field (which I most certainly am not). Leaving me time and energy to do what I do best!

Fantastic service

I contacted SmartPA when I needed to expand my business and realised that I couldn’t take the time to do this without professional admin support. I wanted the service to start quickly, especially as I was due to take some time out of the business for maternity leave. My business is a professional counselling clinic and so it was vital that I used a company that understood the highly sensitive nature of the work, could be client-facing where needed, with the highest professional standards and confidentiality. SmartPA have not disappointed. I was allocated 2 main contacts who very quickly learned about my business and immediately set up systems so that communication and task delegation was easy. There hasn’t been a challenge yet that they haven’t been able to solve. I was concerned about whether I would have enough work for them initially but as it turns out I have plenty to send them! The pricing is transparent and I receive weekly, detailed breakdowns of my usage. It is also flexible meaning that I can increase or decrease my plan with reasonable notice according to my business needs. I have constant contact with my VAs and we also have a weekly meeting as standard. I don’t know what I would do without them now - ranger than spending whole days on admin tasks, I am spending about an hour a week, freeing me up to expand the business and be more creative. My 2 contacts are also really lovely people, which also helps when I am in such regular contact with them :). I would highly recommend this service.

In its initial phase, our Company has engaged Carol and Fraser Whittle, operating under the Smart PA franchise. They have assisted us in a variety of administrative tasks including handling our human resource matters. In the initial and delicate stages of the Company, they have proved valuable by providing a sterling administrative support service. I can’t praise this company highly…

I can’t praise this company highly enough, we have been appointed Catherine Harrison and she has been an absolute star and a real credit to Smart PA. She uses her initiative rather than copy and paste messages. Very organised and friendly and consistently enthusiastic and treats our business as if it’s her own. The only downfall is the cover when she is away as the cover is not able to reach the same heights. This is the second PA appointed to us in the 2 years we have traded with Smartpa we were impressed with her but CH has superseded our expectations. We are always reluctant to put our business in the hands of 3rd party partners as the business is my baby but SMARTPA have been true to there word and demonstrate an equivalent passion in there services for our business. Great Value for money
